Why Do People Advertise To Show You How To Do Something And Then Direct You To Pay First

Is it legal to distribute flyers on car windshields?

Hey all,
I recently started a small business, we do home theater installations. For direct advertising one of my methods is putting my flyer on cars windshields that are parked outside local shopping centers. First is this legal? (i live in nj)
second I live in a large apartment - condo community.... i also put my flyer on door hangers... typically i wouldnt do this but the chinese resturant has been doing it for ahwile. Is this legal? and is there a legal difference distributing the flyer with the rented units vs the owned condo's

ps I am a young guy getting into business for the first time, does anybody have successful inexpensive ways that they advertised there small business?

thanks alot

HELP WITH ENGLISH 3 PLEASE?

A strategy will combine creativity in the production of the advertising messages with canny scheduling and placement, so that the messages are seen by, and will have an effect on, the people the advertiser most wants to address. Given a fixed budget, advertisers face a basic choice: they can have their message seen or heard by many people fewer times, or by fewer people many times. This and other strategic decisions are made in light of tests of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

How much does direct TV actually cost?

The price they advertise is their promotional price. To get it, you will need to sign up for a 2 year contract. After the first 6 or 12 months (depending on the offer) the promotional price ends and will go to the normal price.

You will need to look at DirecTV's website to read the full offer.

Example: I have Dish. Dish had a promotional deal for $24.95/mo for 12 months, then regular price ($59.95) for the remaining 12 months. At the end of the contract I can call Dish and ask about a new promotion. The $24.95 included installation for up to 4 rooms, and 1 HD-DVR. I wanted a 2nd HD-DVR so that's another $10/mo. So my bill was $34.95/mo for the first year, and $69.95 for the 2nd. Tax is extra. The promo included 3 months of Showtime. If I did not cancel Showtime before the 3 months was up, it would cost me extra ($10/mo I think?) I just told them not to bother with that at all. Pay-per-view or other pay channels are extra.

DirecTV also offers sports packages, which are extra.

Again, I'd check out their website and be sure you read the small print on their offers.

Can i go straight to a urologist without seeing a doctor?

Different countries and sometimes even different States have different requirements regarding whether one must always consult a family physician (General Practitioner) before seeing a urologist (or other specialist).

If the Urologist advertises in Yellow Pages then you can assume that you could go direct to him.

Some health insurance schemes may require referral from a primary care doctor even if it is otherwise possible to contact a specialist directly.

What are the marketing tips for a saree/sari business that I started at home?

Do any other pharmacists think this THERACYL is fraudulent advertising?

After menopause, the ovaries do not produce estradiol and other tissues produce more estrone and estriol, weaker estrogens. The only way for this product to increase estrogen is to supplement estrogen. The way the hawker shows labs of hormone replacement overdoses as some "proof" that her product doesn't have the same liability because it's "natural" is a joke. Christ, when are people going to wake up to the "natural" hoax? Are they really that stupid? All any of these charletains have to say is "natural" and then even if they're selling a product with the same risks then gullible naive consumers will lap it up. People just don't understand hormones...they don't understand estrogen receptor types, they are just too lazy to read up on what they stick on spray on or swallow into their bodies, they just want to believe some "line" they're fed. All any woman who is taking this or any other hormone supplement (because that's what this is) is doing is putting themselves in the same risk categories as the HRT trial (hormone replacement therapy rials)...26% increased risk of heart disease 22% increased risk of breast cancer, higher levels of cognitive decline, etc. They can dupe themselves all they want, it doesn't change things.
