I am not sure because of something that I experienced. I drove up to a USA convenience store to purchase some food items and lottery tickets. This store was unusual because you not only could go inside to make a purchase, but it also had a drive up window. So I decided to try the drive up window. Although they allowed me to purchase my food items at the drive up window, they refused to sell me lottery tickets there. I had to go inside the store to the counter to purchase the lottery tickets.
