He always looks down at the ground....why?
With guys it could be one of two things; he does like you but is afraid to give you eye contact because he thinks you will be able to see right through him, or he just does not know how to give eye contact. My suggestion is try and stop him in the hall and carry on a conversation with him. Talk to him and get to know him and take things slow. If you two talk and have a lot in common he might realize that and ask you out or want to get to know you better or after talking to him you might realize you don't like him. Word of advice you should learn now; guys are simple but complex creatures at the same time, they are walking contradictions. They may say that they are simple, but most of the time they say that because even they cannot figure themselves out. After you get to know him maybe you will find out why he does that, could be the way he was raised, or eventually when you know him enough you can ask him. Good luck.
Why is he always looking at my boobs?
He's just a friend. When we hang out he'll just look down at my boobs when we aren't talking. Not to mention, he's like a foot taller than me, so he looks down my shirt as well. It makes me feel uncomfy. Why can't he at least be subtle about it?

Whenever I'm around this guy in my class and I'm laughing or smiling with my friends, he'll start looking at me. I wouldn't say he completely smiles at me but his eyes look wide and he's got a slight smile... Haha He looks happy anyway. so in geometry class, when I come to class, they just look but when my crush comes in, they start laughing, looking, and smile at us two.
