Why do my calves hurt when i run?
My calves KILL when im running. I usually have to stop by that point. Do i just need to stretch better, and what kind of stretches should i be doing before going for a run?

Why does my left leg, calf, hurt more than my right leg, calf, whenever i go running?
ive been running 1.5 miles everyday and everytime i run my left calf or the muscle hurts more than my right. My right calf muscle doesnt even hurt at all and the only pain i feel is from my left calf. Its really bothering me, is it because my right is stronger than my left...but how can that be if i always walk using both of them...shouldnt they be equal in strength??
Why does my leg hurt after driving?
Could be that you’re keeping the leg tensed while driving. Just relax and when not using the accelerator, rest it flat on the ground so your muscles get some stretch from their flexed position.It will take a while to get used to this especially if driving for the first time in our stop and go traffic.Also try moving the car seat a little behind so your leg is not bent too much and your foot doesn’t have to flex too high. It should be at a comfortable slant when on the accelerator.

Does anyone else get the killer cramp in your calf where it wakes you up in the middle of the night and you have to jump out of bed instantly to stretch your leg out?! Or is it just me? It killed me last night and now I can barely walk on it. Is there a reason for this? Feels like I have a giant knot... How do I make the pain in my calf go away?
