Help! why does my breath stink so much? even when i have brushed my teeth?

Okay, so i'm certain the foul smell isn't coming from my mouth, cause the air that comes out of my nose stinks too. I'm pretty sure it must be something in my stomach, but it happens even when i'm not even that hungry or haven't eaten anything that should make an acid reaction in there. Why could this happen and how can i get rid of it? It's pretty bad 'cause i'm clueless when i stink like this, only there have been people that have told me. And popping in a breath mint doesn't help at all!

Why does the inside of my nose smell like what I've just eaten sometimes?

Probably because you eat like a dog. Use a fork and spoon.

Me and my friend are doing a L.A. project, it's about our favorite food, pizza. But it's been FOREVER since we've eaten one, and we have no clue what cheese pizza smells like, please don't say "It smell like cheese." No we want scratch that we NEED adjective's. I can almost guarantee that it is not the sides of your nose but the fingers that smell after you have wiped the sides of your nose (jk)Nose has multiple  sebacious glands (what u see as pores in your nasal skin)  the sebum produced depends on various factors,  one of which is irritation. You irritate the glands and cause hyperproduction of sebum if you constantly touch and rub your nose. And the smell you appreciate is just your sebum.nose falls  in the danger triangle of the face, which means any infection in the nose area can quickly spread upward into the brain, simply because there are no valves on the venous supply  of the danger area. Constant touching and rubbing will lead to higher chances of infection in this area.My advice to you is twice a day take good quality face wash and wash yourself and use a clean cloth to wash around your nose. Wash with lukewarm to cold water (your preference) and apply relevant moisturiser both times and do not forget to add  sunscreen in the morning. Following this leave your face alone.  Drink plenty of water to keep well hydrated. You will notice that your 'pores' also get smaller, your skin texture and clarity will improve as will any mild acne that may be present and the 'smell' will also disappear.

Convenience, mostly. The second thing I do upon waking, after stretching but before opening my eyes, is to pick my nose and eat it. My nose is clogged and can be easily remedied by removing the clog with my finger. Then, there’s a booger on my finger. I can’t just leave it there to get crusty or rub off on one of my blankets or stuffed animals. I gotta get rid of it. I could either get out of bed and find a tissue, smear it on my blanket, flick it across the room to possibly find later, or I could eat it. I haven’t even opened my eyes yet. Pick pick monch. All better. I take a deep breath through my freshly cleared out nose, turn over and go back to sleep. One time, I had my boyfriend spending the weekend. We were talking as I casually picked a scab. So satisfying to peel off with that little cringe of pain at the end. I then stuck it in my mouth. My boyfriend stopped mid-sentence like, “Did you just -” Yup. I explained that I do the same with boogers all the time. I guess I’m pretty stealthy with it because in our three years of dating, he had never noticed. “Ew… I need to go heal.” I’m sure he wonders how many times he tongue kissed a freshly eaten booger mouth.I sit in the front row in all my classes. In class, my nose clogs up. I could leave class to get a tissue, breathe through my mouth for the remainder of class or fix the problem and get back to focusing on my professor’s lecture. I usually wait until the professor’s back is turned, because the time I got caught picking my nose and eating it in middle school still haunts me. Such shame. Much bullying. The booger kid.I don’t know why it’s socially unacceptable to eat my own boogers. It’s such a convenient way to dispose of them.

I always smell my food before I eat it. Is this weird?

People only think it is weird because you do it close up, but they are smelling it from afar. They take in the aroma as it is cooking and being brought to the table. You just like to get a big whiff of it, so you do it when it is in front of you.

Smelling the food is part of the whole eating experience. Any good chef will tell you that food should appeal to all of your senses, not just that of taste.
