Why Does Walking On The Wrong Side Of A Path Inflict A Negative Reaction

How to overcome depression and anxiety, without medication and seeking help?

Dear Lee,

"7 Ways to beat depression" the list below should also prevent depression from happening to you if applied, you will get out of it what you put into it, reading alone will only take you so far, make the points which apply to you and tailor make it specific to yourself.

Change your mind
"The mind is easier to change than matter so why not do the easy thing first and the rest will take care of itself" Depression starts in the mind is your glass half empty of half full, do you see the positives, lessons and benefits of your life experiences?

Change your body
"Look good, feel good, feel good, look good". Take regular exercise, and give your body enough time to rest and recharge. Sometimes depression is just a way our body uses to communicate that message.

Change your diet
"Diets kill you which is why people don't enjoy them". Monitor what you eat, find out which foods and drink give your body the nutrients it needs, and those, which do the opposite. Determine to balance your eating habits

Change your mental
Mental refers to a process of thought causing a chain reaction spirit-mental-physical. Having limiting, negative beliefs and thinking create depression and becomes a habit, These effects come out in our thoughts, words, actions and physical symptoms. Positive thinking has the opposite effect

Change your spirit & destiny
"Our so called trials provide us with the greatest opportunity for growth" We all have a purpose in life, if we don't know what it is, or we know but we aren't working towards it, depression can set in. There are many resources out there in the personal development field to help one find their unique path.

Change your friends
"Who you hang out with, will influence who you become" How do you spend your spare time, who are you with, do they help you in a positive way? What do you read? Do you read? What do you watch on TV? Having quality time that uplifts you will go a long way to preventing depression.

Try before you die
"Experience confirms, the status quo conforms" Enjoy life fully, try new techniques and processes to help you enjoy life, don't knock something before you experience it for yourself.

"Depression affects the mind and body, to beat it you need to put your mind and body into.

God Bless =)

What does it mean to dream about someone you hate?

Unfortunately negativity is much stronger than positive. If there's a person in your life that you dislike strongly, many times you find yourself thinking about them even when you don't want to. People that inflict pain or are negative (which i am assuming is why you hate this person) are hard to forget. They affect us deeply and much more than we realize. What I mean by that is 10 people can cross your path in a day and tell you 10 positive things. Things like, you look so great today! Or, your smile is so beautiful? Or, Wow you do such a good job, keep up the awesome work! You can hear many of these wonderful comments, yet if ONE person walks into your path, snears at you and says, that is the ugliest shirt I've ever seen, guess which conversation you are going to remember the most? It will be the one about your shirt. Because you will be wondering why could they say something like that? You never did anything to hurt them, what right do they have to judge what you wear?So even though consciously you may think you are not thinking about this person, your subconscious is, and therefore can easily manifest itself in your dream state.I don't know why you hate this person, but if possible, try to forgive them and forget them. If you can't do that, try to find ways to divert your thinking. Especially before bed. Reading a book with a happy content can help take your mind off this person and direct it towards more positive thoughts and therefore a more restful sleep.

For the pass six months I wish to end my life. How pathetic can I be?

when people say see a doctor they are very general about this i want to try and help you by suggesting you see a psycologist [NOT a psyciatrist] who specialise in child abuse cases if you were in the UK i could recomened a few

You seem to be following a path that is quite normal for adults who were abused as a child getting help from a psycologist will allow you to talk about your experiences in a safe envioroment will allow you to open up and talk about the real issue

many who were abused as children find it hard to communicate and it will take a long time for you to find the the key which will unlock everything for you. it will not be easy BUT at the end of the long dark tunnel you will get better and you will understand.

you will never lose the memories which no doubt you can recall now as if it had happened yesterday but you will be able to handle them and the pain that is caused by those memories will eventually fade.

I suggest a psycolosgist because they do not use drugs to induce a state which may help the doctor instead they ask you to talk. you may hate them after a while because your talks reach a point where you have to go to a place which is painful for you but they are there and you are safe.

Remember that you are not alone in this world and that the person or people who did this to you wanted you to feel alone and helpless so that you had no other options available to you other than negative ones.

trust me when i say there are many people out there who have suffered the same fate as you and many who have reached the other side of that dark tunnel

i am sure with help you will be able to do the same

a note here

many people will suggest religion as a cure for all but that is not an answer it is another way out.

this is not about god or jesus anymore this is about you. if you find solace in religion then fine but do not let religion distract you from the path you have to go which is uderstanding why. remember this is YOUR time this is the point you have reached where it is time to do something about this once and for all and more over you cannot do it alone you are not alone trust me on that.
