Why Everytime I Eat Fried Or Junk Food I Get Sick

Why is it everytime I eat Chinese food I feel sick?

It has like a million calories.

Is it OK to eat junk food when you're sick.?

I've been tired and had no appetite for the last few days along with headaches, sore throat, etc. So tonight after having noodles for tea I realized seeing as I hadn't eaten all day I had a couple glasses of Coke and some pudding and ice cream. I don't normally do this but I thought it might be OK cos I haven't been eating much and I need energy.

Anyone ever feel sick after eating oily/fried food?

I ate some deep fried shrimp toast and it was soaked with oil. I tried to sop some of it up with tissues. After I ate them, I had this really sick feeling in my stomach. What is that from?

Why do I feel sick when I eat greasy food?

Does this greasy food include breaded stuff or french fries? If you have a functioning gall bladder you can probably eat a lot of fats in one meal without issue. If you feel sick I bet it is because of the breading which accompanies so much fried foods (or bad oils like canola or corn oil). If you eat only a “greasy” steak grilled up with grass fed butter on it, I doubt you will have that feeling. Give that a try. Have some meat and veggie and ditch the carbs.

Why is my stomach always sick after I eat fast food?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I feel everyone's case is a little different.Every time I eat at any fast food joint,I get sick.My stomach starts to hurt, and that doesn't usually go away for a few hours.I can however eat at places like Subway and Arby's,and not have a problem.I heard that some people can tolerate fats better than others.Let me add that my dad has the almost exact problem as I do.I never have a problem with the food I make myself,it's just with fast foods.Does my stomach just not know how to tolerate the grease that fast food joints use?I've completely stopped eating fast food, because it's almost guaranteed that i'll get sick.I just wanna know why that happens. Thanks in advance.

Why do I get a sick feeling when I eat greasy food?

I've been eating pretty healthy since july and have been decently strict on myself when eating. Sure I may have a few chips or something small like that every great while but mostly I've been eating right. Though when I do go out with my friends and eat something greasy (like a burger from Carl's Jr.) or if I cook up something greasy (like bacon, burgers, ect) I get sick to my stomach. Now I never used to get sick from foods like that but now that I've changed my eating habits it just doesn't sit well. I do eat meat these days but mostly deli style meats.

Not really too worried about since I usually eat the greasy stuff maybe once a month, though I am curious to whats going on. Thanks for any answers.

Why does eating McDonald's food make me sick?

Because it’s not good for you— come on, everyone knows that. There are a lot of things wrong with McDonald’s food, but if I had to guess, I’d say the specific reason you’re getting sick is the high sodium content, which can make a person feel ill if they’re not used to it. If you’re used to eating a healthy diet, unhealthy food starts to taste really bad and make you feel really bad— that’s been my experience, anyway. There are a few foods I can eat from McDonald’s, if I am in a hurry, but I really try to avoid it when I can. Eating there twice in the same week is usually enough to get me feeling pretty sick.

Why do I feel sick eating food at restaurants, but when I eat it at home I feel fine?

You write an interesting question, but it begs further background. What type of restaurants do you visit? Fast food or gourmet? Are you writing about the same exact food? Do you order different foods when out?The easiest answer is to remind you that food prepared in a restaurant tends to be significantly sweeter, significantly saltier, and significantly fattier. My advice is to stay away from places where you know they’ll cook foods with less-than-ideal methods and with less expensive ingredients. Ask for less sweetenings, less salt, and grilled not sautéed. Better yet, cook at home.

What food do you keep eating, even though you feel sick afterwards?

CHEESE!And other milk based products. Why? Because I am lactose intolerant and I was in denial for many years in my life. It’s so hard not to eat anything with dairy (especially growing up in the Midwest), but I’m doing well with my limited dairy lifestyle. I use some Lactase pills if I eat anything that has a small amount of dairy. Also this:Flamin Hot Cheetos will always mess me up with some wicked colored…. Ahem. You get my drift. Those who suffer from IBS, like me, worry constantly with whatever you eat, hoping there's a bathroom nearby for emergencies.I used to be jealous of others that have a tolerable gut. An evolved one where they don't develop a sort of anxiety from it. But now I deal with it. Because my guts sensitive, I can now watch what I eat. I don't choose these food preferences. I hate going to restaurants and letting them know what my dietary restrictions are. It sucks. But I tolerate it for a fancy meal. You think that's all? I also recently discovered I'm allergic to a lot of tree fruits based off of seasonal allergies. A new allergy that prohibits me from eating my favorite fruits. I break out in rashes since the protiens in tree fruits is similar to the pollen of trees of which I'm allergic to.But when I take medication for the reactions, I usually treat myself to an apple and it is worth it to feel the crunch and taste without consequences. Please be grateful for what you got.
