Why Have I Been Gaining Weight What Am I Doing Wrong

Why am I still gaining weight?

I have been exercising to two videos on Gabriella Whited s YouTube Channel (about 15 minutes of muscle building in the thighs, butt, and stomach) every day without skipping, and I ve been eating a high protein low fat diet for almost 2 weeks now and at the beginning I lost 2 lbs but since then I ve gained 4 lbs of fat and my stomach is 1.5 inches wider??? Am I doing something wrong? This is making me so depressed :(

Gaining weight? what am i doing wrong?

The type of exercise you are doing builds up muscle - and muscle weighs more than fat. It is quite likely that you have in fact burnt a lot of fat.
I'm 15 and I am doing the Dukan diet in time for going back to school, because I feel like I need to lose a bit of weight. It really seems to be working and I am not even a week in. The diet is split into stages, first there is an 'attack stage' where you eat almost nothing but protein for a very short period of time. Then you move into a slower stage, where you eat proteins and vegetables. In the attack stage weight loss is fast and is maintained by a steady weight loss :) It's not easy, but it requires only very light exercise and just some self restraint when it comes to food!
I really encourage you to give it a google and just try it out, good luck! XXX

I can't lose weight. What am I doing wrong?

I've been working out and eating healthy everyday for the past month or so and I'm gaining weight not losing it. I'm 5'6" and I weigh 157 now.. My goal weight it around 130-140 and no matter how hard I try I keep getting further and further from my goal and it's really discouraging.. I'm limited to about 1339 calories a day and I never go over that calorie intake and I know for a fact the meals I'm eating are healthy. For breakfast I usually have a piece of fruit, an egg, and toast with natural peanut butter on it. For lunch, if I'm working, I usually eat a 400 cal subway sandwich. And for dinner I'll eat a lean cut of meat with a cup of some kind of veggie and after a nightly workout I usually have a 200 calorie pure protein bar. I only drink water and I never drink my calories. For working out, I workout 1-2 times daily. Usually starts in the morning with a HIIT workout and if I feel up for it, I go to the gym at the end of the day just to stay active. I rarely ever cheat on my diet. When I started I weighed 155, one week later I weighed 156 and now 2 weeks later I'm at 157... I don't understand and it's so frustrating!! I'm a pant size 8 if that helps at all.. Is the weight I'm gaining muscle weight...? Is there something else I should be doing? Someone please help... I'm going in the opposite direction that I wanna be going...

Why am I gaining weight on Garcinia Cambogia?

I took it for 3 months 4 times a day. I lost 10 lbs. When ive stopped taking it, ive gained back 5. All it does, is suppress your craving for carbs, like bread and cookies. These dietary supplements have opposite effects on people. Try Green Coffee and the cambogia at the same time.

Why am I gaining weight after I began cutting calories and running 2.5-3 miles every week day?

Always measure your food before consumption with the help of a kitchen scale. Many times from my experience another blunder which people often commit is that they end up eating junk food specially during weekends. You have to stay dedicated when it comes to diet otherwise you will gain weight. If you want complete Fat Loss Program with diet and how much to eat etc , recipe PDF and workout PDF. Ive been eating healthy & doing Pilates but gaining weight instead of losing it? What am I doing wrong?

people who start exercising often start eating more for two reasons. First,
they have bigger appetite because they move more and burn more
calories. So, they eat more without even noticing it, and it tastes
better, too, because many overweight people were not even hungry
before - they ate because they were bored, because they could and so
on. Now they are genuinely hungry, everything tastes better, they eat
more and gain weight after they exercised.
Second, they think that they are burning a lot of calories,
and can now eat this or treat themselves to that, yet they do not burn
as much as they think, and they eat what they usually won't eat
because of the high caloric content. This treat may have more
caloric content which they burned during their workout. Then they
have their regular meals, too, and at the end they've
worked out hard and have gained weight!
The third problem is that there
is a myth which says that when you join a gym and exercise for a week
or two, you gain muscle,
and it's heavier than the fat. It's not true. To gain even one pound
of muscles, one must work hard and for many weeks. You can't just
lift weights for a couple of weeks, and suddenly become all muscle.
You'll need to work much much harder than that, and for much much
longer. People can't cope with the fact that they worked out hard, and
gained weight, so they use this myth to justify themselves.
What can you do about it:
1. Start a food journal, and write down everything you eat, to track
down the calories.
2. Stop treating yourself. "I exercised hard, now I eat this tempting
little muffin" - to burn the calories from that little muffin you will
have to sprint run for an hour, and it's only to stay the same, not to
become thinner! This is too hard of a work, so drop processed high
caloric food from your diet.
3. Slow down with exercises until your body gets used to it. This way,
you will have smaller appetite and will be less hungry. By and by your
body will get used to your activity level, and then you can work out
more. Start slowly and work your way up to the intense workouts. When
you are ready to be more intense, your body will be smaller, your
stomach will shrink, and you won't tend to overeat.
