Do Indian people use surnames in western fashion?
I have a job that allows me to talk to people from all over the world. One thing I've started to notice is that when I get anyone from India or Pakistan they don't usually have a common "family" name. Quote "Does your wife share your last name?" "No it's..." Not that I think they should or anything I'm just crazy curious and not sure where to find information like that.
