Why can't I e-mail anybody -- even when their profile allows it?
"preview" and "ok" IS how you save your changes. Wow. No one said it had to be that exact word.. just to save your changes. But I'm not clear what the heck you're trying to save. You're email is enabled. People can email you. It doesn't work like regular email. You won't get email addresses, and no one will see your address. Answers is the go-between in getting the messages people send you (if they email you) to your inbox. But not everyone allows email, so you can't email just anyone. In fact, a lot of people don't allow email. You seem to be in panic mode over what I think is a misunderstanding. Here's what's not clear. What makes you think you can't email anybody? You don't say. Nothing goes in your sent folder. You have go to the person's profile and click on the link to send them an email, a little window opens up. You can't email them any other way from Answers. You'll see how many characters you have left as you type your message. Then you just hit "send". I think you're just confused as to how an email is sent. You don't do it from your Yahoo! Mail like you would a normal email.... it can only be done by going to each person's profile.
Cannot find Outbox in my yahoo email. Where is it located?
The "outbox'' is used to hold emails that are in limbo. Meaning----those neither sent nor deleted----usually due to some fault (like overloading). They're just waiting in line to go. Yahoo doesn't have an "outbox". About the closest thing to an outbox would be the Draft folder----not the same at all,---but still the closest. The "sent" folder only holds emails that have been successfully sent.

If you have windows 8 the answer is yes. What you can do is click on the little broken page icon on the top right of the address bar it will let you use a older compatible version for yahoo mail.
Why won't any of my email accounts send emails replying to ads on craigslist with my mobile app?
Ok so I'm always on my craigslist mobile app and am constantly wanting to reply to ads. I have continuously tried to email people with their "anonymous" email address, but nobody ever replies. I click the "reply by email" button on the mobile app. I have sent well over 30 emails to people from multiple email accounts from in the past few months trying to see if anybody will reply, or if it was just a temporary problem. I've recently found out that nobody replies because they never even got my email!! I have heard rumors about craigslist blocking gmail accounts in specific, and only gmail accounts, because there are too many scammers that use google accounts. But I'm not sure if this is true. I use my mobile regular email app for the I phone that came with it automatically, I didn't download it from the app store. I've also heard talk about this not working right. I have had it for a while then it just stopped sending emails through craigslist. It will show up in my "sent" mail showing that I did sent it, but then when I go check my inbox it says something about checking my settings for my account. All of my settings an account information is correct. I have even tried making completely different email accounts using gmail, hotmail and yahoo. I will put them all on the same original mail app that the i phone automatically came with, but now none of them work. I've even tried posting an ad on craigslist, replying to myself and seeing if it sent to my email an it doesnt!! Yes I have also tried turning off and reseting my phone. I have no idea what to do at this point and really need it fixed because I use email everyday!! Please somebody help!!
Yahoo mail problems, failure to send, and can't delete?
Anyone else having trouble with yahoo email today? I have 50 unable to send messages, unable to delete. I don't know if it's just me, or anyone else with this problem.

No, unfortunately the person on the receiving end of an email from your deleted account will be able to see the email IF it was sent successfully. Reason behind that is simply because the email would already be on the recipient's server and once it makes it that far it's basically out of your hands and in whomever's inbox. The only thing deleting your email account will do in your case would be that the receiptient will NOT be able to reply to your email because your email address wouldn't exist anymore for a reply to be received.**if you're trying to figure out some way to get out of an embarrassing or accidentally sent email, you can always say your "account was hacked" (#1 excuse for everyone's email and social media account fails) **
