Question About Slavery and the Civil War?
To Knowledge: The Civil War was clearly about slavery. The South secceeded from the Union because the north tried to say that no new states can have slaves and that slavery was bad. The South finally got fed up with the North's meddling in its affairs. Abolitionists like John Brown became terrorists and attacked trains with Southerners on them in Harper's Ferry. As far as what incentive did a Southern soldier have, well, for one, he didn't want free blacks to compete with him for jobs. That is the most basic incentive anyone could have. When is the last time anyone who replied to my question quit his/her job to graciously give it someone else more needy? None of your arguments make any sense. I still don't know what a northern white guy's incentive was during the Civil War.
Why don't black people shop at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's like whites do?
You're probably going to those stores during times when there may not be as many black people shopping there. Try going at a different time, and maybe you'll see a few. Or perhaps the store is in a predominantly white neighborhood.

I have so little regard for #45 at this point , that I believe that he did it as a publicity stunt merely to get people to pay attention to him and yell and scream and clap at his rally.The fact that he is having rallies now for his reelection, and has not even been in office one year, instead of trying to learn how to govern is just a disgrace. I don't know how our country ended up with such a fool of a figurehead as Donald Trump.He doesn't even understand (or care) that he's supposed to work with the Republicans DAILY and the Democrats as well, to to get things moving. He just tells them “ get it done” while he flies off to do stupid thingsOf course on a deeper level it goes against everything right, as far as the way justice system works, not to mention HUMAN RIGHTS!That sheriff that sheriff bragged that he had created concentration camps for those people that he detained!But right now when I remember #45 standing there smiling, acting like he was pleased with himself and doing a comedy skit, trying to work the audience, saying ,“Should I pardon him?” then waiting for people to go wild and act stupid, it just disgusts me, especially since those people fell for it. I hope those people get what they deserve-- his so-called “BASE”. Actually, it's not very nice and they wouldn't really do very well if left to live like all the low wage workers he failed to pay. Do they think he gives a darn about what happens to them?Why don't they realize that he doesn't give a damn about anybody? He's just treating people like pawns for whatever purpose he can use them—their attention, votes, idol worship---that's why he schedules those rallies-- he can't get enough attention. So disgustingly needy. So little confidence, or competence, in what really counts!
Why do some white's think multiculturalism is White genocide?
It’s an irrational fear. Even in a diverse environment, so-called low birth rates and with the influx of immigrants, white Americans are still 72% of the United States population. White Americans have nothing to worry about, and yet some are scared out of their minds about multiculturalism. Blacks are 13% lmao. All the interracial marriages in the nation with whites/asians/blacks is 7%. Nothing is going to make the white race disappear. Blacks have nothing to worry about either- 95% of African Americans marry within their ethnicity. Multiculturalism is not destroying the nation!
Why do conservative listen to pro-American country music, while liberals listen to anti-American punk rock?
Well if you picked a station playing "Hey Micky" you were listening to a station targeted to young girls. I can assure you that 90% of young girls have no idea that you consider them anti-American liberals There is absoluetely nothing violent, punk or anti-American about that silly song. As for "Have You Forgotten", it is a nice song, but it repeats a fundamentally incorrect assertion about the war, tying the attack of 9/11 to the war in Iraq. Iraq had nothing to do with it, so says the 9/11 commision. Be that as it may, your sweeping generalization and inability to distinguish teeny-bopper drivel from anti-American violence does re-enforce what I think about the critical thinking skills of most conservatives here on YA.
