Why am I so cold all the time!?
Bad circulation would account for it, but I suggest that you verify your blood pressure. A pressure of 90/60 would assure you of cold feet, cold fingers, easily chilled ears, etc. And your bedroom may well be colder than the thermostat sees. I suggest a house temperature of more like 68-70, and making sure to have good hydration, and making sure to maintain good electrolyte status. Sea Salt may be a good place to start. Under your sheet, a Space Blanket. Aluminized Mylar, it reflects your heat back to you, is frequently used in emergency situations to minimize hypothermia. Serves as an excellent item to be with you in a car during the wintertime. They are cheap at sporting goods stores. If you have low blood pressure, you may well live longer. And it will seem like it, too. Especially if you get snow in the winter.

Now, you may not be in a life or death situation, but the body prepares itself anyway. What it does is it redirects the blood supply that was originally fo your further limbs, to your organs, this means that there is less blood flowing through your hands, feet, ears and nose because they are not necessarily important to survive as much as your liver or your brain. Why is the Pacific Ocean so cold all the time?
In the southern half of the ocean the Humboldt Current flows north along the coast of South America. The cold mineral rich waters support many millions of small fish, which are eaten by larger fish and seabirds. At regular intervals a huge area of the Pacific becomes warmer. Because warm water rises above cold, the sea-level increases. This change in temperature and level causes an alteration in the pattern of the winds. The warm water travels across the Pacific at 100 kms a day. This phenomenon, known as El Nino, deflects the Humboldt Current. 1997 saw the highest temperature recorded of this warm water during the last 150 years.
Why do I feel cold all the time?
You may just have poor circulation. Poor circulation isn't fatal, just unusual. Good circulation keeps you warm and awake. You are often cold and clammy and tired with poor circulation. You may also have anemia. Anemia is just a lack of iron. You get iron in fruits and veggies. Anemia keeps you chilly and tired, often dizzy or weary. It could be many things but those are the most sensible. You may just be cold, but poor circulation and anemia make the most sense. Tell your parents if this problem persists, or talk to a doctor. Weight loss doesnt usually affect much unless your body isn't use to the lack of fat. If the weight you lost was body fat, then that may cause you to be cold. Body fat and tissue are ike insulation and help you stay warm.
Why are virgos so cold?
i've met so many virgos so far and have noticed one thing about them.. the fact that they're cold. and one of my closest friends' is a virgo but why are they so cold and make you feel like they dont care about you at all? they get so close to you one moment and they other moment they act like they dont care at all.. and you mean nothing to them? what can one do about this?
WHY ARE LIBRAS SO COLD?
THIS!!! Is the most beautiful thing I've ever read in my entire life. Finally someone who understands my pain and suffering.. Ahhhh!! It is the way they're, shallow as can be. You can't hurt a Libra's feeling, it's only shallow. I'll make any Libra cry, they really don't have feelings to be hurt. Where as with water and earth signs, it would demotivate them from living. Libra's are good at one thing, and that is going no where in life. They'll go no where in friendship, no where with there jobs, no where in a relationship, and no where with anything. They're balance of everything bad and good. Libra's you get a balanced diet of a loser and a friend. If you want a shallow relationship, then a Libra is good. If you want a tight and close relationship or friendship, it's not going to happen. To them they value a balanced friendship.
