Why Is It That Whenever I

Why is it that whenever I'm having fun, it's wrong?

maybe the way you see fun is different, maybe you see the negative type of fun, like drinking, 'partying' and stealing. one of my friends used to tell me "it was fun when it was illegal". and i would always tell her "well, no." because we were like opposites, i was good, and she was "bad", she hated school, and i loved it, she wants to drop out, i dont. haha. maybe something influences your description of "fun", maybe your hanging around the wrong group of friends, maybe there are others out there who can teach you the real meaning of the word FUN. :) (look for good people. )

Why is it that whenever i smell leather i feel sick ?

Whenever i smell real leather, after a while i feel sick to my stomach, and i feel like i want to start throwing up. When i was little, and we had a car with leather seats, and we would go like an hour drive, i would feel sick and start wanting to throw up. We don't have that car anymore, but when i smell leather, it still happens. Any ideas?

Why is it that whenever I see something that reminds me of my ex-husband, I get angry?

Most probably because you haven't acknowledged that the relationship is over or that you never told him why you are so angry with him. Keeping things to yourself is always going to come back to haunt you when there was a time and place to vent it to him but you chose to continue to hold onto the relationship. You need to let this part of your life go….dig a hole and stick the memories good and bad to be swallowed up in that black hole….then move on….nothing you can do or say will heal the wounds.

Why is it that whenever I see someone crying, I cry too?

I kind of have the same problem, but not so bad as you when I see school girls crying and I cry along with them. I cry in movies, when there's a scene when someone finally lives their dreams, or when someone loses someone they love. I wonder the same thing as you sometimes. I've grown to figure out that I have strong emotions and a deep connection to loss, love, and commitment. I cry at almost every movie I like, I tear up at church almost every sunday when I feel so drawn to God. You can see it negatively or positively. I choose to see it positively, it only means that you have a big heart and you feel what other people feel if you were in the same situation, you can relate and feel their pain. It's almost embarrassing to me though, but if you choose to take it away you can practice talking to yourself, that it's not worth my tears to feel empathy toward this person, it's an unfortunate loss or gain on their part, it's life.

Why is it that whenever I stretch, I get this warm, fuzzy feeling?

[ Why is it that whenever I stretch, I get this warm, fuzzy feeling? ]When a person stretches the circulation is measurably increased. The contracting muscles squeeze more blood back to the heart and replenishes oxygen to the lungs. The chest expands drawing in more air. Sometimes as a person stretches they also yawn sometimes. This also enriches the bloodstream with more oxygen and feels good to the body. Why does this feel good? For a number of reasons. First, the brain is cleared and receives more oxygen. This is especially helpful when waking from a night's sleep, after a nap, or even after sitting for a sustained period of time. When the body is at rest it uses less oxygen, breathing becomes shallower and the blood circulates more slowly. Stretching galvanizes the body's metabolism and kicks it up a few notches—almost like turning up a rheostat. All this activity releases endorphins to the brain. In some cases the endorphins gently stimulate the same region of the brain that is stimulated during an orgasm, but at a much lower level. This gives the body a mild feeling of euphoria accompanied by a sense of refreshment. Psychology then comes into play and emotions. A long, satisfying stretch buoys the emotions and also elicits a mild feeling of well-being. All of this from simply stretching? Yes, that is why it feels so good and at the right moment of the day little else is as satisfying as a good, long stretch.Hope that helps.
