Why Is My Opinion So Important To Her

What are the Court’s opinions and what makes them so important?

Court opinions interpret the law and set precedent for future decisions.

Courts generally follow precedent. Lower courts MUST follow the law as it is interpreted by higher courts. And any court generally tries to follow its own precedent from previous decisions.

Why do all people thinks their opinion is important?

Because people usually forget that life is not the way we see it, and the people we interact with have their own mind, their own tastes and their own opinions. It’s the same reason a priest thinks he’s right about God no matter what happens, or why a kind is sure his imaginary word exists. We see life from our own perspective and we live it through our own experiences. We forget that other people exists, with mind like ours.Sometimes we do realize that, when we are about to do something stupid that could embarrass us, and we suddenly realize a lot of people could laugh. But beside those situations? We think our opinion is important because we see our opinion from our point of view, and the way we see life, and we forget that other people could not care about our opinion and could think it’s stupid, just because they see things and life differently.

Is opinion important in philosophy?

If philosophy were not opinions, then they would be facts, The assessment of facts is a scientific pursuit, accompanied by empirical observation, recording of pertinent data, and experiments to arrive at a conclusion as to the correctness of the theory. In this respect, philosophers have ‘theories’ about certain aspects of human behavior, politics, science, religion, and other human actions by observing the facts and recording their opinions on them.Philosophy

Why is Amanda Todd so much more important than other people who committed suicide?

I know right? I can't understand why anyone would undress or show any naked body part over the internet! SHE HAD IT COMING, if you ask me! Seriously. In my opinion I think people are just treating her as if she's more important because she's good looking and white. Ya know? That could or could not be the case. It's just my OPINION. I don't understand why anyone would see a teenager who sticks up her middle finger in photos, flashes over the internet, does drugs, drinks, and has sex as ''PERFECT".
People are just crazy. Shaina Gray seemed like a MUCH better person. I'm not saying that just because she's black either. Not to mention Shaina didn't take her own life and leave her love ones behind, which is a little selfish if you ask me. She had all her life to get away from those bullies. She could of thought about her actions and future instead of being weak. I feel sorry for her family but c'mon! Well that's my two cents. Thanks for the question. Have a good night or day. Bye. :P

Which is more important: my opinion of myself or others' opinions of me?

Everything comes from your self-image. I’m not talking about having any kind of inflated sense of yourself. Part of a good self-image is a realistic appreciation of your own flaws. But if you are fundamentally insecure it affects all your relationships including your relationship with yourself. Quiet, modest self-confidence will powerfully enhance your relationships with others. The problem is that it is hard to come by. It doesn’t come from what you accomplish in life. You can accomplish great things and still be insecure. (We can probably all think of an example of that in today’s news).Self-confidence is nurtured in childhood. It probably is a combination of hereditary factors and the environment you grow up in. The feedback you receive from those in that environment in your earliest years shapes your self image and it’s very difficult to change that once it is formed. At the end of the day all we can do is try to be authentically who we are. A self-confident person is not afraid to show his vulnerabilities in intimate relationships. When you meet such a person you are struck by her quiet confidence and you notice that she doesn’t seem to be making much of an effort to impress you. This is what impresses you. It’s very hard to change our core self-image, but maybe if we stay honest and do our best to listen to others and suppress our selfish instincts we can be our best selves. Everyone has some limitations. What’s important is how we work with what we are given. Think about the qualities you admire in others and try to nurture those qualities in yourself. (And no I am not representing myself as an example of someone who has always done this. But when I have I’ve liked the results I’ve gotten. When I focus on others I like myself better. It’s not easy to do, at least for me.).

What makes your views and opinions on religion more important than mine?

My view is more important to me because it is MY view. Thats how it will be for everybody. Just like my house is more important to me than your house. I don't care about your house. I don't care about your cat as much as I care about my cat. And You're view is more important to you because it is yours. That is the very root of this question. You find it so important that you think other people should also think it is important. You may even become offended at the fact that other people just don't care. Religion is different for each person. You will find that each person even within the same sect of the same religion may have some very different views. It all is relative to personal experience. Nobody can care as much about your religious views as you do. It's just physically impossible.Quite frankly it has no impact on my life. The way that you percieve the world has no impact on me. The way that you behave might, but your thoughts (beliefs) are your own and should remain as such. Maybe people will have a brief fascination and want to have a discussion on what is beyond, maybe they will have some questions and want to hear your view. That's all it will ever be though, is your view. Nothing religious is completely proven. Our differences will bring us together when we no longer care about them. You are asking why our religion is more important than yours, but what I think you really mean is “ why isnt MY religion important to you,” and it's actually a bit selfish. Hypocritical even. You have the same view as those you are questioning. Maybe you will want to hear my religious views up until the point where you disagree, and then be all too willing to tell me I am wrong. This is the issue with religion. Nobody remembers that it is actually just a perception, an opinion. It doesn't really have an impact on anything greater than you. Because you are the only one with those exact religious views.Views are not important. Religion is not important. Actions are important. I don't care about anybody's religious beliefs, or if they claim to be christian, muslim, atheist, or Satanic. What I care about is if they behave like a decent human being and treat others respectfully.

Is a woman's reputation really very important in your opinion?

No one should care but you. You have respect for yourself and that is all that should matter. You have avoided most of the problems that plague young adults nowadays. Unwanted pregnancy, possible abortion, STDS, alcholism, chances of getting lung cancer, and bad reputations, and a wonderful future of getting a great job. You are so much further ahead with where your life is going than most. Your avatar name is perfect for you and something you should be proud of.
