Is lolicon illegal as of 2012 in the U.S.?
First off, I am referring to drawings,animation,cartoons etc NOT REAL GIRLS. Second, I understand it's gross to most, but that can be said about a lot of things both legal and illegal, and in reality lolicon is not hurting anyone. I personally don't like that I like it, but I'm stuck with what I am. At least I'm not into real children, which is good cause I'd probably have to drink a jug of anti freeze to live with the guilt. Now that that is out of the way, is it illegal? I find people arguing on its legality offering some good evidence on both sides, but in the end it is just unclear. I know that Bush attempted to pass some bills into effect essentially making lolicon illegal. But I also read stories on how the supreme court said it was unconstitutional to ban it because it counts as a form of freedom of speech. Another anti loli thing I read about was the P.R.O.T.E.C.T. act though i'm not 100% on understanding that. I'd much appreciate some evidence to the information you give so I may verify what you say and further edjumicate myself on this ever elusive answer. Is it true the military isn't allowing people to reenlist?
Why is this? Wouldn't it be more financially wise to keep people that have been in and bring in less recruits? So does this mean that at the end of your active and reserve duty (however long you end up doing it) you're just out and can't do anything to get back in? Even if you're excellent at your job?

First of all, don't ever ask any questions on yahoo about immigrants again. You would think these people are giving you answers based on facts, but no most of these people are racists who don't have a clue about immigrations. They just assume what is logical and makes sense to them. In other words, they don't have any proof or source for their explanations. Seriously, if you ask a question like that what do you think they will say? Of course they're gonna say you can't join because you're illegal. Believe it or not, yes you can join the marines as an illegal immigrant, but you need an application for permanent residency that states why you were denied.

I would think illegal immigrants would not have a green card, so how could they join without that? And I don't' think they would be comfortable walking into ANY Federal office for fear of being caught.
