What do you dislike about Yahoo Answers?
I don’t know if things have changed, but I dropped it about a couple of years ago because it provided very little options for interaction. And of course because it was full of trolls most of the times.
Why are US radio stations so lame?
US radio stations are still mostly dishing out same old "classic rock" and "pop" crapola. Why are there so few playing new genres of electronic music (trance, techno, D&B, House) other than Hip Hop, like Radio 1 etc. in UK and Europe? Is American listening public really that lame and purile? Or, when will programmers wake up?
Why is high school so lame?
Im a senior and Ive been reflecting on my entire high school experience and I have come to realize how lame it has actually been. After visiting colleges and talking to several students, college kids, even the freshman seem so much more mature and interesting. They can actually hold a conversation about something other than how much they drank last night. Even the complete meathead gym rats are pretty cool at college. In high school, everyone is so socially awkward and annoying. The only thing they talk about is how much their life sucks and about schoolwork. High school is a literal hell and everyone is always putting up a front and acting fake. I have come to realize that the popularity contest was so stupid and some of the nicest and coolest, most interesting people were seen as outcasts for no apparent reason. If you smoked and drank every weekend, you were popular, which makes absolutely no sense, but people did it anyways. Why is high school so stupid?
Does working at " Dollar Tree" sound like a lame first job?
No, a lame first job is prostitute...anything more than that is a valid and respectable job.
Is Meeting Someone Online Lame?
I'm 28 and I just moved from southern california to a town of 2500. There is abolutely no one here and nothing to do. I really would like to be able to date again and my friends back home keep telling me to try the internet but tell me honestly is that lame? I mean I keep thinking I'll be one of those people that posts an ad in the newspaper or something. I just don't know what else to do.
Why are people so pathetic?
I often wonder why some people are so completely incompetent and not suited for other humen interaction. I have Yahoo! set as my homepage because i get my mail through here. While browsing the page i often stumble across these Yahoo! Questions. I have to say most of the people that right these must be completely unfit for life. "How do i aska girl out without being too corny?" "How do i run a washing machine?" "Do they sell..." "Is it wise to..." "Can i wash white clothes with black ones?" etc etc etc. It goes on and on. It disgusts me and on more than one occasion i've felt like i have to throw up. I was just wondering if anyone else is completely bewildered by the incompetence of the poor pathetic souls that "have" to inhabit the same Earth as i do? Anyone? Please help!
