Why will not Dish TV telecast the cricket match between India vs England or others on DD Sports channel?

DD sports channel is telecasting limited overs matches induldging india. T20is and odis were available on DD sports but in restricted mode. Matches were available on terrestrial channels through terrestrial analogue and dvbt2 DD channels.These were also available on DD sports through DTH free dish.Though the dd sports channel is available on every DTH platform like dish tv,airtel,tatasky and videocon etc.But they are not allowed to telecaste DD live matches on paid platform .Because they have their own paid channels to telecaste matches like sony and star network.According to the court notification of August 2017, DD televisation of matches are not meant for paid transmition.Thats why cable operators are not allowed to relay matches.Test matches will not be available on any DD channel.Sony group has acquired the rights to telecaste so,test matches between India and England will be available on sony sony six and sony 3. Why has Tata Sky only blocked Doordarshan while cricket matches was being broadcast? Now, in India do we need to pay for watching Doordarshan as well?

I have gone through the SC judgement which has been referred to by TataSky citing blockage of DD National (Channel 114). The SC has NOT forced any cable operator or DTH service provider top stop relaying DD NATIONAL.In fact, Section 3 of the the pertaining act forces Broadcasters to share feed with DD National. In fact, the SC has now allowed decisions pertaining to Section 8 to be decided by the Central government. Section 8 pertains to mandatory broadcast of DD NATIONAL by DTH service providers like TataSky. Herein, the Centre has allowed TataSky to block feed from DD National during the broadcast of cricket matches. This is nothing but a case of a nexus between politicians and TataSky, shrouded by a Supreme Court order, to mislead the public.Do you believe the politicians have taken nothing for extending an olive branch to TataSky ?Also, the customers are not to blame. when Tatsky started out, we had a handful of sports channels. now they have slowly and slyly taken out out most channels from the basic pack. Also, sports channel have increased and each series is broadcast on a different channel, so that customers have to purchase new channels evertytime. Tatasky has slowed down its interface so that customers have to watch more of its adverts. More than half the channels are Tata’s own, forcing us to watch useless round the clock advertisements.I HAVE cancelled my subscription to Tatasky. if we want to teach these guys a lesson, the only way is to reduce demand for their supply. I will happily pay, provided they stop these cheap tricks. Jay Hind !
