You can submit either attested documents or original.There is no problem in submitting the original documents but in you need original documents urgently you won't be able to get them instantly. There is a procedure to get your documents from the college which takes upto 1 day. So to be on safe side submit attested documents.

Hello there,Asking for 4 years of fees depends on the college and it is irrespective of the comed-k, CET etc. Most of the college do that,as it is a loss of seat for them. I personally feel, a student should have his choice or management should fulfill the student’s demand.So, better do some homework before selecting a college rather to regret after the selection. Actually , at the time of admission you just have to submit the original marksheet and documents , and a checklist is given to you for the submitted documents. These are then sent to the university for verification and documentation . Mostly after first year, these documents are returned to the students with migration certificate and character certificate not returned back. And rest of the documents are returned back .
Do the institute take the original documents while verification?

Whether it is a migration certificate/transfer certificate/admit card/character certificate or any other document.You are supposed to take the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT along with the SELF ATTESTED photocopy of each document.Hope this clarifys your doubt to an extent.

Usually not all universities are having norms to submit original documents on behalf of document verification, many universities return documents after document verification. If you want to take admission in that particular university, then you have no choice. You have to submit it. After successful completion of course, you will get all your documents back. But yeh you have to clear your dues to get back your documents.
How do you submit college/ROTC/JROTC credits to gain rank when you enlist in the army?
I understand that if you have some JROTC or some college but no degree you can enter the army as a PV2. If you have an AA, some ROTC experience or 4 years of JROTC you enter as a PFC. If you have a BA or above you enter as a SPC. But how do you submit all these credits to gain the rank. Would you need to bring your college transcripts with you to meps or would you just need to show the recruiter your AA? And if you were submiting JROTC and ROTC credits would you have to bring your ROTC/JROTC records with you to MEPS which means that meps would know everything that went on in ROTC or JROTC? I know someone who was once forbidden from contracting into ROTC because he used accomodations when he started there. He dropped out of the four year school and is currently finishing an AA. If he submits his AA when he enlists will meps know about him not being able to contract into ROTC? If he doesnt want them to know about it, should he just not submit his AA and enter the army as a PV1?

No,with Xerox u cannot; u have to upload original certicates(only passing certificates no TC migration required).of course, u have scanned copies that would suffice.Source-regional centre of Lucknow.
