Why did obama win the nobel peace prize ?
Republicans hate when people answer questions about Obama by talking about Bush, but this is about Bush as much as it is about Obama. President Bush's foreign policy was an enormous failure. Bush allowed the geniuses from PNAC (Project for a New American Century) to engineer his foreign policy. PNAC's idea was that since the fall of the USSR, since we are the only superpower left on earth, that we should act like it, we should run everything. Bush himself didn't really understand foreign policy, and during his campaign in 2000 he said he didn't want to be a foreign policy president. Bush's foreign policy did enormous harm to the US, to our relationship with our allies. It was arrogant and unilateral. Everyone knew that whoever was the next president, of either party, he would have to spend some time and effort 'mending fences' with our allies, gentling them and getting them back on our side. Even John McCain said this once or twice in an interview, though McCain wasn't able to (or wasn't allowed to) distance himself from Bush. Obama succeeded in this effort way beyond anyone's expectations. Letting the UN do its job, keeping the other members of NATO happy, and at least taking a new look at our ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I imagine some years its not easy for the Nobel committee to come up with someone to give the Peace Prize to. Peace has sort of lost its charm these days. But Obama probably has done more to support world peace than anyone in the last few years, only because he was in a position to do more.

Anyone who hates America is Norway's hero. I think it is clear to the rest of the world that we pick a president that doesn't respect the country he came from. The 5 people that did the selection was from the far left Norway government. Clearly Norway thinks of themselves as the most peaceful country on the planet. However, they are the ones that made peaceful laws that doesn't protect their own people, but protects those outside their government. Most likely their liberal laws will result in them being part of history like the Christian nation of Lebanon was overrun not many years ago by Muslims which brought the Hezbollah terrorist group. Good question.. Maybe his charisma. lol Remember, during the elections people thought he was God. This was a man who went to the same Radical church for 23 years and said he didn't agree with the leader's philosophy. For a person to make this statement, they have to be the biggest Con on earth or the biggest dumb ***, and I don't think he's a dumb *** so you figure it out. What's worse, is the people who believed it have no excuses. They're your true idiots of this world. Funny though, I saw the latest polls on his approval ratings today and he's at an all time low. Hm mm--so many jumping ship already?

In hindsight, did President Obama earn his Nobel Peace Prize?
As a person who dearly supports Barrack Obama, I have to say that he did not deserve the Nobel prize he won, when he won it.However, if he had won a Nobel prize this year, he would be completely deserving of it.He legalized LGBT marriages, which made life simpler, easier, and safer for a very large population.He made a deal with Iran, which eased the sanctions, made life much better for Iranians, opened up tons of possibilities between the people of two countries, and much much more to enrich the lives of the population of both countries.He greatly decreased the number of US troops in Afghanistan, saving thousands of lives, both from Afghans, and the people who enrolled in the US military.Under his presidency, Osama Bin Laden was killed - an act which prevented the potential death of thousands of people.He made great advancements in the prevention of the potential damages of climate change, with international agreements and the such.He has done much much more to make the world and the US safer, better, and more peaceful. If the Nobel prizes were being given out today, he would be my top contender.

(English isn't my first language and you may laugh, call me emo, weird, gay or who ever you want)... First , I hate politics, specially Obama and Putin, I hate how people are letting to brainwash themselves.. When the war in Iraq started, I cried a lot, I remember I was a little kid, I've seen video clips what stupid soldiers do (thinking they're the best, like obama and mr. Putin) Remember when this war in Georgia started ? I cried then do... and I don't know what you'll think of me, but I have nothing against Hitler, he even wasn't worse than Obama, no joke, I guess people are blind and let to brainwash themselves. There may be something wrong in my head, but sometimes I imagine how I kill people who I hate, who had picked on me a lot... It relaxes me. I hate school.. Teachers are so stupid.. I write an essay , for example I write there : " Tonight I am gonna leave the earth " or things kinda like that.. Or like the other day we had to write an essay about people and title it, so I did.. I titled it : "There are things you things can't buy" so, I wrote it like its really hard to change yourself, I wanted her to understand me , I teared my heart open and teacher told me I'm like a sissy, I am young, should party, should enjoy life... WTF !? Why can't be who I want to be? Also, I have to tell, what "smart" people tell, like politicians and so on.. I hate them, I mean I have my own idol already, I think he's intelligent, he's a guy named Charles Manson, I don't wanna be like him, but in some parts, he's thinking like me too.. I feel like they're trying to brainwash me, I have to be like the other people, also they've told a lot of mean things... Also , I hate people, mostly of them, there are no intelligence people in world. Ok there are some, but I've met them on Y!A and I speak them very rarely and I even can't email to one girl... Well, sorry that was off topic, but I wanna say I am sick of these who res , I am sick of questions in Y!A like :" Is he over reacting ? I mean I had sex with 300 guys and my boyfriend called me slut, am I slut?" and I see girls like that everyday in school ,in streets... I am going to psychologist, but no help...
