A few points first off swearing on any book is only a publicity stunt which has no real legal value. second I sharply disagree with Prager. As another religious Jew if I was elected to any political office I would refuse to use a Christian bible. The Muslim congressman was in his full right to use the Quran and I would be supired if he used anything else.

Why are there no legal consequences for politicians not keeping their campaign promises?
I don’t think a politician on any level should promise that they will do anything. They can tell us what they think and the direction they would work to steer the country towards. But since they are either part of body of 535 in Congress, or a President who must work with that Congress, they cannot dictate policy, but must work with that body to make things happen. Therefore, their promises must be regarded with a grain of salt. And I doubt any efforts to hold someone liable for their promises would get anywhere, nor should they. We do not need Congress tied up in court. We need to vote wisely.
Will congress vote in favor of protecting Robert Mueller?
Belief in the integrity of the Mueller investigation is deeply held by Americans. This decorated Marine Captain has served his country honorably for decades. It was the Republican Congress that authorized the special counsel. The statute only allows the special counsel to be discharged “for cause” and by the Attorney General (or here by the Assistant Attorney General because Sessions recused himself) and there is none.I believe that the Congress will protect Mueller in the strongest possible way, and I personally think firing him illegally should lead to Trump’s impeachment. This would be no different from the Saturday Night massacre that brought down Nixon.

I could care less if he got sworn in on Dr. Seuss, I simply wanted to know if it was true or a rumor that was being used in an attempt to "smear" him.
