Will Doing Cardio Somehow Damage My Body

Does Cardio kill muscle?

Yes it will. You can't lean down and build up at the same time. That is like saying you want to tear a building down at the same time you're building a new one. It simply can't be done.

If one does cardio and not weight training, do muscles build up?

Hello Chetna,Let me explain you clearly what Cardio and weight training do to our body.Cardio is any kind of exercise which increases our heart rate thus increasing the blood flow in our body and leading to good blood circulation. This will help you to have a healthy heart, good blood circulation and also help you with fat loss.Cardio helps to burn a lot of calories in a very less time frame that is why people with excess fat opt for cardio exercises. But this is just one part of the story. The other part is it is equally important to perform weight lifting or resistance training exercises along with cardio. Why?Because as I said earlier, cardio equals fat loss but it does not help you preserve your muscles. So, if you train with weights and have a good protein diet then your muscles will be preserved and you will eventually lose fat with cardio. So make sure you also do resistance training with cardio at least twice a week.Keep in mind that weight training does not make women bulky like men. This is the biggest myth and fear women have.Stay healthy and keep smilingThank you for readingSadiq AmeenCertified Nutrition Consultant

Why is it bad to do cardio for 2 hours everyday?

Depending on what you are doing, if you aren’t using exceptional form you will wear down different joints or muscles in your body, eventually leading to injury. Although it may be years before the accumulated damage is noticeable.Something important to consider tho is what you are trying to accomplish. Improvements to your cardiovascular system would most likely plateau as your body adapts to the exercise. And with regards to weight loss there are more efficient methods that take a quarter of the time. Basically what I’m saying is I don’t know that there would be much benefit to that exercise unless you were training for something.

Does masturbating 3 or 4 times a day affect my overall muscle gain?

Yes,We all know how pleasurable masturbation is!! (SeX without partner ) is always safe way but it also have some limitations .and about the question 2,3 times is too many I myself can't able to masturbate .one after and nobody can't or nobody should ..actually masturbation needs lots of energy , calories when we masturbate we burn this calories and energy .and our body needs more then body uses the glycogen stored in our body for emergency supply of energy .which ultimately comes from fatty acid , so if we use that glycogen we need extra suply of energy .in that case our body uses fatty acid for that supply .due to this we often experience when we do masturbation one after another .our body experience a light weight than before masturbation , also when we masturbate the circulation of.the blood and rerespiration reaches its height which stimulate our fight system (immunity system ) and lymphocytes which are called guard of our body to decrease by some amount ..so we often experience after masturbation we feel weak with decrease confidence also due to over masturbation we fall ill and health issues occur .masturbation is best sexual pleasure but we should over masturbate Advantages of masturbation-1-sexual pleasure 2-shiny skin 3-look young 4-hormones stimulator Disadvantages of over masturbation 1-weakness3-dried skin3-low confidence 4-shyness5-sighting problems 6-illness7-concentration problems Good luck .And about muscle gain .as I said earlier that masturbation cause burning of fat for excess energy so due to the breakdown muscles becomes weak and can't able to take extra load  in masturbation our testosterone level is somehow decrease which is responsible for muscle gain this testosterone level increase after two days of masturbation .Good luck again.

Please help....i want my body back...im going crazy!?

last summer i loved my body. i ate well and worked out and felt great about myself...but at the end of summer something happened..i started binge eating. at first it was just 3-4 days a month but over the last 6 or 7 months it got bad...ive had binge episodes lasting up to 4 days. its bad food too. milkshakes, icecream, bagels, cinnamon buns, mexican food, chinese food, fried food...anything i can get my hands on. i know ive gained weight but i wanna lose it. is it possible to lose most of the pounds and inches form my binge eating by April 10? its now March 7....how much do you think i could lose by then? helppp

If i dont eat anything for 2 weeks how much weight will i lose?

5-7 pounds if you don't exercise 20 min daily.

9-12 pounds if you do exercise daily, but it really depends on the type of workouts you're doing. Cardio will burn the most calories.

You have to be careful with dieting because when the body senses a decrease in food consumption, it will hold onto the fat cells as a source of nutrients, which will make it very had for you to lose weight.

I recommend doing a colon cleanse if you're interested in losing a lot of weight. I did it for 3 weeks and lost 32 pounds. Basically, you are fasting and drinking only a lemonade beverage which you make yourself. You also have to drink laxatives and do a salt-water flush to increase your bowel movements. During this cleanse, no solid food can be eaten at all. The lemonade will have enough nutrients that your body needs to function, and the best part is that you don't feel hungry.

The recipe to the lemonade:
8oz artesian water
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Drink 6-10 glasses a day.

Is running bad for the body?

No, running isn’t bad for the body. There are studies with good data showing that aging runners not only live longer but also tend to have healthier joints versus non-runners. The persistent idea that running recreationally somehow wears out your body is a myth.Of course, some people do hurt themselves (or even die) running, but those cases tend to be in the context of extreme efforts, pre-existing conditions, and/or irresponsible training.More than many recreational exercises, endurance running requires responsible training because of the amount of repetition and impact involved. The good news is that our bodies are very well designed to handle those demands. The bad news is that we tend to get impatient and increase our mileage before our musculoskeletal systems have adapted to handle it. Especially when it comes to running, your tendons, bones, and ligaments also need to harden (which can take months of careful adaptation) before you start piling on higher mileage and faster paces.Like any physically demanding activity, you need to ease your way carefully into the activity and exercise patience as you slowly increase the stresses on your body. Done responsibly, our bodies respond to increased stress by adapting to be faster and stronger.Overall, running responsibly is a healthy activity which can be enjoyed for life. Responsible runners not only can expect longer life spans but also they can enjoy a higher quality of life.

I want to lose weight, I am 20 and I have a ligament tear so can't do anything that puts pressure on my leg. I'm trying to control my eating, but I'm not able to. What exercises can I do to reduce my weight without causing any harm to my leg?

Well I totally agree with the previous answer on the eating part. Whereas to loose weight crunches and planks are useless. These are exercises to strengthen your core and not weight loss. Weight loss is possible only through CARDIO workout. But since you cant put a lot of pressure on the leg I cant recommend running. But depending on the damage try either swimming (First preference as this is a full body workout and is less pressures on joints. But take a doctors advice first and wait till the tear heals completely) or Cycling (again take a doctors advice and wait till the tear heals completely). Always remember, get to full fitness before you start working out. Improperly healed wounds are more dangerous than the original injury itself. You can always get fit later by putting in some more effort. But you if you over push and injure yourself further, you may never be able to workout again.Hope this was helpful.. Cheers!!

How does strength training your legs impact the rest of your body?

In my favorite study of all time, researchers at the University of Southern Denmark divided people into two groups. The first group trained only one of their arms. The second group trained only one arm exactly the same way as the first group, but also trained both legs. With this creative setup, researchers could see what affected people’s arm muscles more: direct arm training or the hormones triggered by all the muscle fibers worked using leg exercises. They could answer the following questions: How much stronger does an arm get if people Do not train it?   [untrained arm + untrained legs]   Train only it?       [trained arm + untrained legs]   Do not train it, but do train their legs?     [untrained arm + trained legs]        Train it and train their legs?   [trained arm + trained legs]   Here are the results: Clearly training legs along with arms is our best bet, but the fun part is the middle two bars. Resistance training only the legs increased arm strength more than resistance training only the arms. Why? Leg training worked more muscle and therefore triggered more whole-body-transforming hormones than arm training. All those hormones benefit seemingly unrelated muscles more than exercising those muscles directly. That is why we will work our biggest muscle groups (legs, back, chest, and shoulders) directly and our small muscle groups (arms, abs, etc.) indirectly. By focusing on the big things directly and the little things indirectly, we will take care of the little things better than we could any other way.Source: The Calorie Myth: How to eat more, exercise less, lose weight, and live betterMore here: Eat more, exercise less by Marek Bartík on Marek Bartík's blog
