I would be very surprised if it ever is. Basically, this is the way they have set things in the modern era with maybe some exceptions, on occassion. Budokai style games stay with Sony, starting with Playstation 2, due to console fame at the time, as Budokai 1 for example was also on Nintendo's Gamecube. Budokai Tenkaichi gets split, the 3rd one for example was on Nintendo's Wii and Playstation 2. Sega missed out on the modern games and Microsoft entered late, so how the modern picture looks- PS3 gets all budokai, budokai tenkaichi and similarly related style of play games, although realistically, PS4 now only due to time of writing. Nintendo have allowed the continuation of alternate games for years now and this unfortunately is instead of the games the others get. Nintendo DS, 3DS, Wii, and Wii U get more adventure based Dragonball and Dragonball Z games. Microsoft threw some new cards. Not only did they with Xbox 360 compete with Sony to show what the new budokai games could do, they also got Dragonball Z Kinect for example, a unique kind of game. There is a rare game called Dragonball Z: Sagas that was released on the Gamecube, and I think PS2 and Xbox, which would make it the only xbox Dragonball Z game ever. Barry,
Is Dragon Ball Z:Battle of Z a good game?
It's honestly not as good as it looks. Trust me the combat system is pretty bad and the ratings are low. Don't bother wasting your money. Just play Tenkaichi 3 or the old budokai games. Those were the only decent Dragon Ball games. I honestly thought Raging Blast 2 was good, but some glitches were overlooked which made it such a shitty game to everyone.
