Depends. How much heroin did you do to your face & how was the quality? Though this warning is just one in passing along to you, many people have told me that not waiting long enough after getting high and taking either kind of SUB could/has thrown them into full blown withdrawls! So be careful about that!! That being said…I take suboxone daily, I've taken subutex alot in the past as well. Personally… I've taken both kinds of SUBS every which way your not suppose to… taken it BEFORE fully being in withdrawls. Taken it a mere 2 hours after smoking heroin without any negative side effects. Taken subs and then smoked heroin not even an hour later and have gotten HIGH! Never had suboxone/subutex throw me into withdrawls for taking it to early or to late whatever. But it happens. I seriously don't see why everyone says you have to wait a good 24 hours since your last high to take a sub. BULLSHIT! if after 5 hours you start feeling like crap. Take subs and you'll be okay. Now that I got that out the way…Suboxone & subutex build up in your system if taken daily for months, years whatever. Keeping that in mind it makes it hard to get high on heroin.As I started with, depending on Quantity & Quality, you should be able to take subutex and get high after ANOTHER few hours! Ask yourself: Do I still feel the heroin high at all? Even light itchy feelings, sleepy, etc. If so, wait till your not feeling “high” but your not withdraw sick either. I know suboxone better, and suboxone is an opiate BLOCKER and if taken when high, the sub will BLOCK all the heroin you just got high on and completely deprive your body of it. Putting a person straight into withdrawls. Like I mentioned, I've heard the stories, so I know it happens. I'm just an odd ball I guess lolSo yeah, to sum things up. If you did alot of really good heroin, wait a couple more hours before trying to get high off subutex. Not sure if it's exactly like suboxone but it could throw you into withdrawls. And having a steady, built up amount of suboxone in your system will make heroin hard to get high on! You'll have to do ALOT MORE. Which in the long run would be entirely a waste of time trying lol not to mention a huge waste of $$.Hope this info helps!!

When really stoned dreams feel very real (lucid) and often you are disturbed by replying. Those of us with backwards brains (ADHD users are often talkers on heroin) like to do things like read or talk to get into an "awesome" conversation. If I did heroin yesterday and took a suboxone today and the next will just suboxone show up on a drug test?
ACTUALLY it's hard to say. It's believed that Suboxone pushes all the opiates out of the body at once because it has Nalaxone in it. That's why if you take a Suboxone too soon after doing heroin, it will make you go into withdrawals if you're addicted, because it pushes all of the heroin out at once. You'd have to hope that it actually does what it's supposed to do, and that the Nalaxone concentration is high enough to push out all trace of the heroin. There's no way to know for sure until you see first hand with this drug test.
Will drinking water flush heroin out of my system?

weve been friends since 15. we were best buds, always smoking weed, chillin at eachothers houses, going to church together, juvie. good times. but one day we mistakenly smoked laced weed. i hated it but he liked it and eventually talked the dealer into selling him the **** that was in it. it was at this point i knew our year and a half long friendship would deter. he started putting any drug in his body that he could get his hands on. after a while he tried heroin and boom, no more anthony. after a year of no contact, i saw my friend on the side walk holding a gas can and a cardboard sign at 17 years old. i understood his addiction to the drug the instant i looked into his eyes. another year later he would become a male prostitute. having sex with men to get just enough money to buy more heroin. eventually ending up with HIV. my once best friend ignores his families desperate cry for help. hes tearing apart his family. his dad is in jail now for assault with a deadly weapon charges for attacking anthonys known to the city drug dealer. his mom trying to bribe into rehab with her daughters college fund and his sister, a 16 year old pregnant slut who is pregnant by mr. drug dealer. im going to help him and his family if its the last thing i ever do. please tell me how i can make a bigger impact on helping him. i beg you. hes 21 years old and already closer to death than my 73 year old grandma. your efforts with advice would mean the world to me

Listen, I did heroin on a friday afternoon around 1:00 PM. I had a drug test for probation at 4:00 PM on that following Tuesday. Between that time period I took suboxone. Now for some reason my test came up positive for opiates. I thought opiates aren't in your system any longer than 72 hours...??? Did the suboxone have anything to do with it? How did it come up positive?

At the risk of sounding “judgemental", which I'm sure is the LAST thing you want to hear, there is NEVER a good time-frame in which to start back on heroin. However, if you are asking for a straightforward answer, it's 24hrs. I would ask you to please reach out for a support system; someone you trust; go to a meeting. If you are already on a program, don't throw away your progress. You CAN stay clean! You are stronger than you may realize at this moment. Good luck.
How long after taking suboxone can you take opiates? Why is that waiting period recommended?
You can take opiates right after taking your suboxone dose but of course it will block the new opiate depending on the dose of suboxone you are on and how long you have been taking it. Less than 4 mg of suboxone does not do a great job of blocking so you should be able to feel the opiate (assuming a stronger opiate like Oxycodone or Hydrocodone) almost fully 12 hours after your last suboxone dose that was less than 4mg. If you are planning on slipping up though I must remind you how easy it is to fall back into that money & life draining addiction that requires you to does every 4 hours and completely takes over your life. Also please don't forget that when you do finally want to go back on Suboxone how extremely hard it is. Remember that means waiting over 24 hours from your last dose of the other opiate or you risk going into full precipitated agonizing withdrawal that will not go away no matter how much suboxone or of the new opiate you take until it runs its course. Also keep in mind that if you do wait longer than 24 hours and do somehow avoid precipitated withdrawal you are more than likely going to feel crappy for a few days going back on the suboxone, goose bumps, chills, diarrhea, sweaty & depression........Hopefully you decide to stay on the suboxone that more than likely gave you your life back by now.
How do I pass a drug test for heroin in two days?
Sorry to contradict anyone here, but if the test is for heroin only, you will pass. This is assuming that the test is for 6-monoacetylmorphine(6-MAM). It is very hard to actually find this drug in the urine since it leaves the system in a matter of 3–6 hours depending on how often you urinate. It has a very short half-life of around 30 minutes. So, if they only do a confirmation test for 6-MAM, you would be good after 2 days without using. The only time this drug was found is if the person used almost prior to collection or was actually caught using.But here is the rub, most people testing for heroin actually run a standard drug test. When you take heroin, heroin breaks down to 6-MAM and then 6-MAM breaks down to morphine. So, the heroin you took 2 days ago, is coming out of you as morphine. If you have a positive morphine, they will then test for 6-MAM which will be negative. There is no screening test for 6-MAM only. So, here is the next question for you. Have you taken anything containing codeine or morphine? Codeine will only complicate things as far as interpreting results since it also breaks down to morphine. If you claim to have taken codeine and you did not, then the medical review officer (MRO) will look at the ratio of codeine to morphine and know you did not take codeine, unless the numbers are just right. However, if you claim to have taken morphine and have a valid prescription, then MRO may accept this as a valid reason as long as the morphine values are not to high. The catch is that you have to have a valid prescription.So, I am not really contradicting anyone. Without the prescription, you will probably show a positive morphine which they will assume you are taking illicit morphine or heroin. The real problem here is that you are taking heroin. Stop it. Find help. You are only hurting yourself, but you may hurt one of us out here as you end up on the road while you are taking illicit drugs. There are substance abuse centers in most major cities. If you don’t know how to find one, go to the nearest emergency room and tell them you are abusing heroin and you need help. They will know who or where to contact to get you some assistance.
