Cardio 5 Times In The Week:
Running.- 2.5/desired miles at least
Walking - 3.5miles atleast
Swimming-three hours at least
Sports-30 minutes at least
Dancing/Partying - all.niiight atleast!

- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil for omega 3

Avoid bakery, sweets, saturated fat oil
Avoid trans fat, no fizzy/soda drinks, no fast food
No fried food, eat alot of eeeggg use olive oil!!!

Okay. First of all, 15 pounds in 2 weeks is not possible. And it's not healthy if it is. Because you only weigh 127 lbs, it's going to be hard to loose the weight. But loosing the weight is not as important as how you look. If you look in a mirror and are satisfied with how you look, then you should be fine because you will be more confident and others will look at you the same way.

But in order to look good in 2 weeks, here are a couple of tips.

Go on an apple diet for 24 hours, in which you eat and drink only apples or apple juices. This will clean out your system and will make the next couple of days easier.

After the apple diet, eat lots of greens and lean meat. Don't try to starve yourself. You've probably heard this but it never works. Drink lots of water, like 10 glasses a day. Something my music teacher said, "If you're not going to the bathroom every hour you're not doing it right!" Don't go overboard with it though, because you can get sick from too much water.

Orange juices and sour lemonades helped me with my cravings for sweets. They are low in calories but sweet as well.

Also, be sure to eat breakfast. Your meal portions should go, from largest to smallest: breakfast, lunch, dinner. But if you're like me and don't like to eat much for breakfast, eat a lot at lunch so you're not hungry during dinner. Be sure not to skip meals because you will just eat more the next meal.

On to exercising. When you wake up in the morning, do 20 crunches in bed. Get up and do 10 push ups on the floor. This will wake you up. Drink a glass of water right when you wake up as well. Then throughout the day, walking around school will burn a lot of calories. When you get home, devote about 20-30 minutes a day doing crunches and bicycles and stuff like that. Just search it on the internet. You'll find something. Be sure NOT to do this during the apple diet.

By the end of the two weeks you should have a fairly toned stomach. You might not have lost weight. In fact, you might stay the same weight or even gain a little bit of muscle weight, but you will look stunning in your bikini. Hope I helped. Good luck. :)

no carbs part from fruits completely but less of the processed stuff..if u cant resist that then only have a little and in the mornin and make sure its brown (wholemeal)...
bare it for a week ,trust me, ull lose all that water retention that the carbs usually bloats u out with within a week and thats usually between 3-6 kilos depending on weither uv cheated a little or not:)
do 50 crunches (or as many as u can) and then ten full in the morning b4 breakfast
try not eat anything at least 4 hours b4 bed and have 2 spoons of honey just b4 bed so that ur liver burns the fat while your asleep.
within a week ull be teeny and sexy again if ur already fine now:)
