Will I Loose Weight If I Run 2 Miles A Day

If I run 2 miles a day will I lose weight?

Okay, so I'm 5'2 and 130 pounds. I want to lose weight! Meaning, I want to build up on my cardio and eat less... Eventually becoming only 110 pounds. I've been running about two miles a week, but I amped up to 2 miles yesterday and it was a breeze. I figure if I run 2 miles everyday and watch my calorie intake that I'll loose some chub. I have a little stomach fat, my boobs are a big factor for my weight, and my thighs could use a lot of toning. Ever since I've been watching my calorie intake, it seems like I've been losing weight but every time I step onto the tread mill, I GAIN weight! I know it's probably just muscle, but I'm getting frustrated and I just want to feel comfortable with my body.

Any exercise tips, diet recommendations, or exercise routines I could follow to lose 10-15 pounds in 3-4 months? Is that goal unrealistic or not? Please give me some tips. Thanks guys. :-)

If I run 6 miles a day, will I lose weight?

I used to be in track, but our season ended, so I didn't run for about two weeks.
Well, now I've started running 6 miles a day at 10 min./mile pace or less, depending on my mood.... I really want to get in shape for summer, 'cause I wanna wear a bikini, haha. I'm not overweight I just want to be toned.... Any tips?

Does anyone know how to get rid of cellulite? I don't have a lot, but whenever I'm off-season my legs aren't as toned and a tiny bit of cellulite starts to show.... Help me get rid of it!!!!

So, will running my 6 miles a day help me achieve my goal?
I weight 120 and I want to weigh 115 or less by summer!!!

If i eat 500 calories a day and run 2 miles how much weight will i lose in a month?

holy **** thats crazy i dont know how much you'll lose but good luck

If I run 2 miles a day and eat under 1000 calories, Will I lose weight?

Probably.... The whole trick to it is to discover you BMR and then have a combined exercise and food calorie intake/expenditure of less than your BMR. It takes a 3500 calorie deficiency to shed1 pound. To shed 20, you need to to find a way to cut 70,000 calories.

How much weight will I lose running 10 miles a day and eating 1000 calories?

You will obviously lose a lot if you can keep it up. The issue is whether you can run 10 miles every day by only taking in 1000 calories. Yes you will using fat stores but seriously 10 miles is a lot every day and the damage you will do to your joints will be badTo answer your question and I need to assume say your BMR is 2000 so your diet will produce a deficit. Of 1000 calories. A ten mile run will give you maybe another 1200 to 1300 calories so that’s a deficit of 2200 per day. This makes you fat loss around 10 ounces or 0.75 pounds over a week that is 3.5 pounds. You cannot gauge this accurately given the fact that you maybe dropping weight also in fluid loss and that could also be quite big. Running 10 miles at 5 mph will take you two hours and you will sweat if you run non stop.

If I run 3 miles a day for two months, how much weight would I lose?

I am 5'6, around 150 pounds. I recently have been working out a lot and gained mostly muscle weight, but I have gained fat, too. It's all I'm my upper thighs. I lose weIght fast, once i start losing weight, it continuously keeps coming off. Two years ago, I lost around 20 pounds, from just running, but I don't know how long it took. I was running for fun.

So if I run 3 miles a day for three months, how much weight will I lose? I know there will be some days I will skip, being sick or really tired or injured, but approximately how much weight would come off?

Will running 2 miles every other day help me lose weight?

Actually, 5'4... weighing 120 lb is just perfect. But if you plan to lose some weight, yeah go run a mile or two every other day and watch what you eat; no junk food or fast food. You can't stop after a week though... you gotta keep going and let this routine become daily thing then you will loose the weight.
It might take about a month or two maybe even three since you are trying to lose about 15 pounds. That's a lot. Plus, you are not overweight so that's much harder for you to lose it.

Also, watch how much calories you are consuming each day. How much water you intake as well.

But I know you can do it!
