Sadly I can only answer as an Xbox user, I have played and beaten almost every single NUNS game with the exception of one and that’s the first Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm game to ever come out. Back in 2008 when the first Storm game released I didn’t own a PS3 so when I saw the badass trailer I was mad that I couldn’t get it.This is where NUNS Legacy comes in, the numbered Storm games after 2 are great but they don’t have a lot of replay value. The awesome thing about Legacy is that you can buy the games separately and it comes out on Xbox One.So as long as I can get the only Storm game I haven't play I'm fine with it. If you're a Naruto fan that hasn't played any of the games than I'd recommend NUNSL but if you beat them all already than I say there's not much to come back to.

That's because the studio that produces the anime has been only making fillers for the past 4 months. They stopped the canon at the end of February, right before Madara showed up. So the game used the manga to guide its story, even though it's not entirely accurate. For example, in the manga, Madara mops the floor with the Gokage, whereas in the game, the Gokage defeat Madara. @ The King Of The World, there is no PS3 emulator for the PC. The only way to play Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is via a PS3 console.
