Will One Night Of Binge Drinking Affect My Goal Towards An Aesthetic Physique

How do I improve my physique?

Hi..It really depends on the type of physique you want. You can choose to be lean, athletic or muscular and then work your way towards it.1. Lean physique - People who are bulky want to have a physique that is lean. And they won't be benefited much by doing heavy strength training. Instead, go for aerobic activities which will get the heart pounding and burn a lot of calories and help them in getting lean. Also, eat a diet which is relatively low in carbohydrates and high in fats and protein.2. Athletic physique - This requires a combination of strength training and aerobic exercises. Start by doing exercises that work on various muscles simultaneously and do cardio after the strength training session. Reason for doing cardio after strength training is that all the muscles are depleted of glycogen which only leaves the stored body fat to be burned as fuel. Eat a diet moderate in carbohydrate, moderate in fats, and high in protein.3. Muscular physique - Many people get motivated by watching images of professional bodybuilders for whom size is of utmost importance. If you want to have a physique like professionals try and lift heavy weights while maintaining proper form. Try and eat small frequent meals that are well spread throughout the day and maintain a surplus of calories to avoid muscle loss. Eat a diet high in carbohydrates, moderate in fats, and high in protein. If you want to read more about grooming, fitness and physiques I advice you to go toLatest Men Fashion Blogs India,New Trends|malegroomingacademy.com -

How drastically can your face change through exercise and by getting lean?

I was 330lbs (150kg) when I put this question on my Answer Later list as a wishful-thinking vanity project. I ended up losing about 160lbs (73kg)—enough that I actually wear a smaller size of fitted baseball cap now.I look better of course, but the change in my face isn’t quite as drastic I’d hoped. Once you get so big that you can lose nearly half your body weight, your face is changed forever. I hardly ever smile in pictures now (unless I’m with my kids) because smiling forms deep creases where the extra skin folds in.I had hopes of learning how devastatingly Goslingesque a middle aged man could become, but instead I mainly learned how itty bitty changes in the angle of an iPhone selfie can result in wild, 30lb (14kg) swings to your apparent weight. To me, I don’t look very different until I’d lost about 75 lbs. After that, results still seem non-linear. I stopped the project at -140, having a grid of 16 pictures and plenty of original research for this answer. Here’s -160, but intentionally taken at Flatter Tilt:For what it’s worth, I feel like I look best in the above, but I also tend not to feel as well when I’m that lean—I was around 8% body fat there. Since feeling better was the whole point (I have pretty severe ME/CFS), I currently carry about 30 more pounds, about half of which is lean mass (muscle).

Will one night of binge drinking affect my goal towards an aesthetic physique?

I dont drink much but when i do i drink A LOT and i was wondering how much it would affect me. I dont eat crap when i drink or anything i just mix a lot of liquor with juice and drink it. I recently hired a dietitian to help me achieve my goals and he told me not to because alcohol kills muscle mass and dehydrates you and flavored stuff has carbs and beer has carbs. Basically i want to know if one night will really set me back. I would still work out the next day and i would drink plenty of water and electrolytes i just want to get a little messed up for one night. Will it harm me as far as losing fat and gaining muscle?

Can we build muscles without protein supplements?

Yes you can build muscle without consuming whey protein supplement.Building muscle results from a proper training program and good nutrition. Even the biggest of bodybuilders do not rely merely on protein shakes to achieve their muscle building and fat burning goals.Whole foods(actual food) contain all the amino acids the body needs to recover from intense workouts. Protein supplements are very fast absorbing i.e. they get digested very quickly. In fact, whole food protein has a thermic effect on the body, increasing fat burning by forcing the digestive system to expend more energy breaking down the amino acids. How to build muscles:-progressive weight training (free weights and body weight). with time keep on increasing the weight and/or the number of reps and sets.by performing compound exercisesmaintaining good form while trainingby changing the training pattern every few months to shock the muscle because the body gets adapted to the pattern which you have been following and stops responding to it. thus, leading to a plateau.eat plenty of good food throughout the day spread out in 4–6 meals containing ~20–25 grams of protein per meal.rest is one of the most crucial factors which determines muscle growth. have a good nights sleep of 6–8 hours.the timing of the food and what you eat around your training is very important. e.g. post workout you need to immediately feed your body with carbohydrates and protein rich food.Whey protein supplements are good for those who are not able to get enough of the nutrition from the food they eat.For furthur information:-Bodybuilding Without Protein ShakesHow to Build Muscle Without Supplementscheck out my INSTAGRAM @UTKARSHS2204 for workouts and fitness tipshttps://www.instagram.com/utkarshs2204/
