Will Steam recognize any cracked or pirated game installed in my computer?
I have a cracked copy of skyrim (already bought the ps3 and xbox version ) ,it’s even in my steam library at this moment as a non steam game and I haven't been banned yet, so you should be good. plus I'm pretty sure that would be a breach of your privacy from steam's side if they knew what you were downloading.

Will Orgin detect pirated dlc?
I have a legal copy of mass effect 3 on Orgin and I want to instal pirated dlc for the single player compain. Will it work? Will it effect multiplayer? Will Orgin detect pirated dlc? If yes, how can I make it work anyway?

EA isn’t known to offer discounts on their in game store to buy DLC’s & other stuff. Hence,you’ll always need to pay full price for their DLC’s unless they release a complete/ultimate/GOTY edition of some kind. Also,since origin doesn’t detect pirated DLC’s,it’s a total wastage of time trying to install them,as there’s no guarantee if it’ll work in the first place. So,no,you either pay the premium or stick with your base game.

Do you have GOG installed ? And if so does your game gets updates from GOG ? Since I have retai l version and my game gets updates and DLCs from GOG Normally. So if you also have a different version then GOG then you need to install GOG and import your game to GOG. You'll find import option in GOG. I hope this helps.
