Indeedily he does-erino.But the effort that it took for Sasuke to finally be able to realize he fucked up, was mind boggling.Every time Naruto begged Sasuke to come back, it was like swallowing nails that were covered in sand paper. What made it more hard to watch was that you could actually see exactly how much Naruto cared for Sasuke and that he was trying his absolute best.Now after the Final Fight between Six Paths Naruto and Rinnesharingan Sasuke, it was pretty evident that this is the time that Naruto would finally knock some sense into Sasuke! Although I loved seeing them absolutely FUCK. EACH. OTHER. UP. You still had to wonder, is Sasuke really going to go back to the leaf village this time? Or is Kishimoto just trying to play with our feels?Personally, I believed the latter. I'm a bit biased here because I thought it was kind of complete and utter bullshit how they ended the series and they could've went another direction and drug out the conflict a bit more between Naruto and Sasuke. Reading the manga really irritated me.But whatever.Okay, back to my point, yes he does. Once Naruto finally knocks some sense into Sasuke and performs his most powerful Talk No Jutsu yet, Sasuke finally has a change of heart. Alright, I know I said I was disappointed with how they ended the series, but c’mon! Its Naruto and Sasuke. No matter how much you dislike either of them, Naruto fought so hard to get him back and has finally succeeded. The inner child of me that fell in love with Naruto in the first place was screaming with joy!So then overall, yes he did. He did travel back to the Leaf Village after his final fight with Naruto. But he felt that he has done too much wrong to stay and be one of the villagers. Sasuke believes that he has to redeem himself and he lives his life in doing so, protecting the hidden village in the leaves from the shadows. Oh, boy. He LOVES his village (in certain chapter/episode of Naruto Shippuden, they explained why Sasuke finally switched side and came back to Konoha).In Naruto: The Last, he saved the villagers’ asses from extinction (although his appearance is VERY brief).In Sakura’s Secret: Love Upon The Spring Breeze Light Novel, he literally said “i’m home” to Sakura. He thinks of the village as his true home.In Naruto Gaiden, he immediately aborted his mission to protect his daughter (yes, he had a daughter later on. Guess who’s her mother ;)).(A grown-up Sasuke).In Naruto: Boruto the Movie, he went home to give Naruto a very crucial information about possible threats that may have been planned to destroy the village and its peace.In Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, the current ongoing series, Sasuke went home to train his daughter right before the Chunnin promotion exam. When was this asked?He is already back to the leaf Village. He reconciled with Naruto and Konoha after the war arc and after the fight between him and Naruto.If you mean will he back as in to live in Konoha, then the answer is kind of tricky.He already lives in Konoha. He has a wife and kid and a home. But he is a wonderer now. He doesn't prefer to stay in Konoha. He goes around the world, travelling, helping people, fighting his wrong and investigating Kaguyas existence.Will he be back to the lead Village permanently, well there's nothing so far that I know of to suggest that but it's possible. With everything that's going on now, it would be wise for him to be close to Naruto because their combined power as of now is the key to stopping the treat they face now from the Kaguya clan based on the moon.

I have recently read the manga and hence i feel qualified to answer this question.The current TV series plot is at Naruto and Sasuke fighting Kaguya, wherein she is tearing apart dimensions to fight against both of them. She has successfully separated Naruto and Sasuke so that they cannot seal her.*******spoiler alert*******************spoiler alert again**************what happens further is that by Naruto’s brilliance (not gonna describe how, try to spoil as little as possible) they manage to get into the dimension where Sasuke is trapped(they being Kakashi, Obito and Sakura) and they rescue him.Naruto and Sasuke meet each other again(again, trying to spoil as less as possible) and decide to trap Kaguya and seal her with the combined power they have since they are the next reincarnation of Indra and Ashura.Now, here comes the next plot twist.You remember Sasuke saying he wants to be a Hokage?Well, he was damn serious about it, but it turns out he also thought somewhat similar to what Madara did. He feels that people will not unite like they did during the fourth great Ninja war and hence he must be the villain that people are scared of.
