World Of Warcraft Should I Play Rouge Or Death Knight

WoW - World of Warcraft Female NE Death Knight Names And Male Human?

actually Nik that's not accurate. Death Knights came before the Lich King. They came about during the second war (when the dark portal was opened to allow the orcs of draenor passage through to azeroth) Gul'dan animated a fallen stormwind soldier's body with the spirit of Teron Gorefiend. The burning legion then captured what DK's were left after the fall of draenor and turned them into Liches...sorry,i'm an avid Warcraft lore lover, i have to correct where information is not accurate.

so i think if you want an historically accurate name for a death knight then go with something orcish. Try something lore based but changed slightly: Nerzul (from Ner'zhul)

really, names are so personal it's hard to tell someone or suggest to someone a name they should call their own. for example my first two raiding characters were historical names whether from fact or fiction:
my rogue is Enkidu (from the epic of gilgamesh)
my priest is Incitatus (a horse that was named a senator by the crazy Roman Emporer Caligula)
my shaman is Hatshepsut (the ancient Egyptian queen)
and then i got silly: Barrymanalow for the mage (haha get it?)
ellisdee for my latest character (little play on words there, say the name out loud)
shadoweaver for my warlock (from that cartoon He-Man)

so as i say it's all in what you want to be called for the rest of your azerothian days. can you handle being called "zaboomafoo" or whatever you choose if you become a raider and have to be on ventrilo where no one will know your name and will only call you by your character name? and besides that a lot of names will already be taken so dont be too distressed if you have to change the spelling or choose a different name all together.

on a side note :how about Malleus for a human male? "the hammer against witches"

While playing World of Warcraft, what's the funniest way your character died?

I think it was Cataclysm and I was playing my Death Knight at the time. I was terrorizing some lowbies cause you know, boredom. I've gotten a few kills and I was flying around on my drake. It got to the point where I had a group of druids on me.Now you're probably thinking, why a group of druids? My thoughts were the same thing. I'm thinking ‘I'm flying, you're flying you can't attack me'. I was quickly proven wrong.I flew up as high as I could with all the rude gestures my fingers could muster and then, somehow I was dismounted from my drake. I'm falling and soon I came to realize what happened. A couple druids bombarded me with spells in their moonkin form, waved at me and turned to their eagle form just before hitting the ground. I was blown away by what just happened and I just logged out. Didn't even try to go back to my body for a few days. Thanks for reading.

What is it like playing World of Warcraft?

The game is rather beginner friendly, at least I think so, since I started playing before I understood english. There is many ways to play the game; solo, dungeons/raids and pvp (player versus player)You have the tri-force of dungeoneering: A tank to absorb the damage, and keep your friends safe. They hold the role of protectors. And with it, they hold the attention of enemies, so that your friends can do their roles. They use shields, self healing abilities or vast health pools to outlast enemies and with the help of a healer, they can be unstoppable. There are 4 classes whom can hold this role, so they are few.Several damagedoers, often called deeps (dps=damge per second)They play their class to weaken their enemies and slowly kill them over time, or ravage them in a burst of damage. Everything class can play this role, therefore there are an abundance of dpses. But they all play the role very differently.A healer to keep the tank, it self and the dpses safe. They mend their teammates wounds, over time or instantly, to keep them fighting. Some use healing mists to soothe pain, some use the elements to strengthen their friends and some use the holy light to mend wounds. There are 5 classes that allow this role, so they can be hard to find. Pvp has lately started looking like dungeons, since you often need a tank, who can hit hard and take some hits, a LOT of deeps and a few healers. But it's mostly about killing all opponents or capturing said point.Solo is all about doing the quests and leveling up. Wherever in a group of friends, or on your own, you are to take down armies of enemies in different continents. Escort an important person, only to be ambushed on the way. Delivering a vital object to win a battle. There are tons of quests, and eternally much lore with them.It is a basic kill, fetch, follow, repeat game, but it's also very fun! Untill you've played it for 8 years, and it becomes pretty much the same. But you should Get the starter edition, you can play to level 20, with a big selection of classes and races. Should you, and/or your friends like it, them upgrade to normal version!

World of Warcraft (2004 video game): What is it like to play as Undead in World of Warcraft?

The Role Playing potential of the undead is fantastic.Characters need something to compell them, and every single dead has something that really drives them; their death! Who killed them? Why? What are they going to do about it?Undead have one of the most unique cultures in the game. It’s full of rutheless practiality, and dark gothic architecture. Also bats! You can do some of the best questing and role playing in undead zones. If you’re looking to get into WoW because of the story, and you’re interested in that undead aesthetic, go for it!

World of Warcraft help?

Its all really personal preference, so I suggest that you try all of them. If you're looking to get in good for dungeons, pick a healer (priest, druid, shaman, paladin) or tank (druid, paladin, warrior) class. There is always a shortage of either or both types on all realms.

In PvP terms, Paladin is still pretty pimp, Rogue is always strong, Warriors as well. The person behind the character is more important than the class, though.

How can i make a "anti-mage" in world of warcraft?

I am planning to make a character in WoW to counter mana-dependant characters. But i'm not sure how to do it: do i get as many items that increase my resilence/spell reflect rating by the most? What class/race would be the best? what items (if any) can drain mana or reduce mana?
Thanks in advance for your help

What classes can wear leather in World of Warcraft?

Rogues and druids wear leather as their main (and highest possible) gear.

Shammys and Hunters can wear leather as a temporary upgrade. Usually done when armor isn't an issue, but the stat value on the leather item is better than the mail item.

Pallys, Warriors, and Death Knights can wear leather, but it's not recommended at any point.

Whats The Best Class For A Undead? (World Of Warcraft)?

The best class aesthetically is warlocks.

However for min/maxing the Touch of the Grave racial would want you to go with Unholy Death knight or Shadow priest as they get the best consistent use of it.

D&D 4e; a Dragonborn Death Knight?

A couple of friends and I play D&D every Saturday. We recently had a story where we were evil characters playing an evil-based story line. I was a Human Death Knight. A Death Knight was a class that we home-brewed specifically for Pathfinder. We eventually abandoned the story. But I feel like I didn't get to actually play my character and live up to it. So now we are back to D&D 4e and I would love to bring back my Death Knight, but as a Dragon-born. I completely re-buffed a Death Knight class for 4e; not under-powered, but not over-powered. I wrote down level 1 papers and powers. Now, would a Dragon-born Death Knight be logical? (I could easily go back to being a human Death Knight). Also, would it work with the story? Does a Death Knight HAVE to be evil? I kind of looked at it like World of Warcraft; a curse that breaks from evil's control. I have yet to establish this with our DM, but I would love to have answers to these questions. Thank you.

What’s the most OP class currently in World of Warcraft?

There are various OP classes for various roles in the game. For example, the OP melee DD class is definitely is Rogue. 3 Different specs, and there weren’t an expansion where Rogues were in the lower tier. And their Cloack of Shadows is really OP ability. Oh almost forget about feint xD OP melee class in WoW is Rogue’s second name:)OP Ranged DD is Mages and Warlocks. Mages have a great arsenal of utility abilities, and Warlocks have Summon Stone, Green healing stones and Portal Gates. I can name at least three encounters that were impossible without Warlock’s gates:)In Legion, Guardian Druids are the best tanks. Even nerfs cannot throw them down from the throne. But I can’t say anything about healers. Maybe Paladin, because they are insane healers in every expansion. If in the next addon Blizzard will rework Disc Priest, then they will reclaim their throne, I can guarantee it xD
