Would Be A Nice Idea To Record And Upload To Youtube My Games Endings

How do I upload YouTube videos which have copyright issues if I want to monetize them?

My team and I have made 5000+ videos on YouTube and using this approach we increased our revenue by 15%+.If you want to make money on videos which have copyright issues and make money on them, do the following steps:In addition to your main YouTube channel, you need to buy one more on EpicNpc forum. The goal is to buy an established channel with enabled monetization for $100.Before uploading a video on your main channel upload it on the second one. Wait for 48 hours. Once you received copywrite notice analyze what part of the video is not ok. Usually, YouTube notifies you what video's part is against the rules (let's say 30 second period from 4.15 to 4.45 minute)Replace that part or replace the music.Upload to the second channel and wait for 24 hours.If everything is ok, remove the video from second channel and upload it to you make one.Use few channels rule to double check issues before showing your video to subscribers.Good luck.Dee

Is it ok to upload video game story walkthrough in youtube?

Considering there’s game walkthroughs all over YouTube, I’d say so. But, I’d have to put a little warning here, too: It’s okay to put walkthroughs for most games on YouTube. Others are… touchy.If you want to be 100% sure it’s fine to upload walkthroughs for a game, see if other YouTubers have uploaded footage and audio from the game you want to play. If the footage/audio segment from the game is longer than five seconds, there’s a high likelihood you’ll be safe to upload your own videos of the game.However, there’s another little tidbit to put here: Nintendo.Nintendo is extremely protective of their games- even some older games! If you plan on monetizing the videos or even if you simply have monetization enabled on your channel, you could get in big trouble for uploading Nintendo game footage. The reasons other YouTubers ‘get away with’ uploading Nintendo game footage are:Partnership with Nintendo (where Nintendo takes a percentage of any profit you make from the video itself)Audio muted while the footage still plays (to avoid using the whole material)Footage and audio both play in sync (but not for very long to avoid the copyright limit)Obviously, the bottom two reasons are not viable ways to make a walkthrough (unless you do some crazy editing with a voice-over (which could actually turn out hilarious if done right)). The first option might seem like a good idea, but that percentage they require is a pretty ridiculous sum. For channels that don’t earn a lot to begin with, it’s a heavy hit.Be very careful what Nintendo games you play. For most other games, just do a bit of research to ensure you’re fine.

Is it illegal to post videos of yourself reading aloud from books on youtube?

Yes, but be sure to post in the description this text:

"17 U.S.C. § 107
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 17 U.S.C. § 106 and 17 U.S.C. § 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:
the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
the nature of the copyrighted work;
the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.[1]"

This is the fair use policy, and will protect your video from those who want to label it as copyright infringement.
