Consult your student handbook for the rules regarding drug and alcohol advertising/promotion. Most public school districts forbid such articles of clothing. Violation of the rules can result in suspension or worse.

No. Any cop who hassles you for your clothes is in violation of the First Amendment, and can be sued

If they are made of hemp, no. Hemp has many uses such as insulation, ropes, canvas, etc so I doubt it could be banned.
Would you get in trouble by wearing the HUF weed/pot socks in public?
I've seen a lot of people with the HUF Plant Life socks and I immediately thought that were hella rad. I'm not saying I'm gonna wear them and pretend I'm a stoner, but I think the composition of the design is really cool and skater-like. I mean they're just socks. I've seen dudes with practically naked girls on their shirts, heavy profanities, and some racist ones too, so why should pot be any different? Yes it's illegal, but so is drinking; I see alcohol-related shirts worn by middle schoolers all the time. Again, I'm not saying that I'm here to promote drug use nor am I planning on pretending that I smoke pot by wearing them; I just think the composition is very "urban" and "street wear", hence attractive. So, if you're in a public mall and you're wearing the socks, would you get in trouble? If yes, to what extent e.g: interrogation for possible drug use, be thrown out of the mall, be asked to simply remove them etc.

Hahaha you could say that you had no idea what kind of plant it is and you're just an Eco friendly person so you thought the money you spent on them would go to helping the earth

This sounds dumb but I just want to double check lol, can you wear HUF socks with the weed leaves on them in the airport? I wasn't sure if TSA has different rules with pot logos
