Yes, but you will hurt yourself.
Actually, when you don't eat enough, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and hangs onto all that extra fat. So, if you eat healthy and excercise daily, you should lose those extra pounds!

Yogurt and granola is better because there's a better balance of protein and carbs. I'm not a big fan of cereal only because there's a lot of carbs. You haven't set yourself up with enough short term and long term energy and will be craving a snack (sometimes) a few hours later.

You don't. Eating only cereal is much too narrow of a diet. "Regular Cereal" is high in sugar/carbs and low in protein and especially low in fat. Even fortified cereals that have added vitamins won't have everything you need for your whole day. Secondly, don't diet. Change your eating habits to something you can maintain after you are done losing the weight that you want to lose - a daily food plan that you can just eat at a maintenance level, not a reduced calorie level in a few weeks or months while you are trying to lose weight. Eat what you normally eat, just less of it.

Yes you can lose weight this way. I used to eat nothing but noodles and a bar of chocolate everyday and lost so much weight. When you keep consuming the same food everyday, your body gets used to it, and you will lose weight. But make sure the milk is not full fat but skimmed. And eat the cereal in moderation. Yes, these types of diets are unhealthy, but hey, you only live once :)

Once I ate 1 small bowl of cereal 4 breakfast everyday and lost a lot of weight that way.

BUT I wasn't healthy...I was anorexic. Try to lose weight the healthy way. Like exercise more and eat less fatty foods. The more healthy u r, the prettier u will look and the better u will feel!

Yes but its extremely unhealthing To loose weight I would suggest:

Exersise lots, but don't over do it..just moving(doesn't need to be strenuous) burns calories. To loose weight you must burn more calories than you take in.

My tips for loosing weight

Don't sit down at your pc or watch tv for more than 30 mins without getting up for 10-15 and moving about. just walk around...do some jumping jacks, stretch.

Drink 5-10 8 ounce glasses of ICE water. The hitch there is the ice, in an 8 ounce glass of ICE WATER your body must burn 17.5 calories to warm the water to your body tempature. Try to drink Ice water in place of other drinks or luke warm water.


Lots of water
Stretch in the morning and evening before you go to bed
Get 60 minutes of exersise(doesn't need to be strenuious) each day


Do NOT eat these foods or drinks
Try to stay as far away from bread as possible..a little is okay
Energy drinks
Drinks with sugar in them
Regular soda
sweets(ice cream,candy,cake,)


A portion of food is the size of YOUR fist. make a fist and mesure that amount of the food your eating. Thats a good portion size for you.

Don't eat after 7 pm( If you have to try not to make it alot)

And most of all just have fun. Whenever your moving. no matter how small or short you are burning calories :D

Loads of water, I mean a lot!!! and spike it with some citrus fruit as this has an enzyme in it
that quite literrally eats fat!
