Would The World Be A Better Place Today If The Nazis Had Won Ww2

If Hitler won, would the world have been a better place?

That cannot be answered, but it can be guessed. There a several questions involved.First, you must decide how a society evolves. Would Nazi-Germany have stayed the same, got even worse or got better? Nazi-Ideology was highly irrational and erratic, so it is absolutely impossible to predict anything here. We can compare societies now to societies in their state during WW2, and see actually not so much difference. So we can roughly assume that Nazi Germany would still be the same ideologically. That would pretty much spell doom for Jews, Socialists, dissidents and some other groups. On the other hand, the Regime most comparable to Nazi-Germany, that is Soviet Russia, did calm down after a while. While Stalin killed millions of people, this slowed down and finally stopped. So we can further assume that Nazi-Germany would have calmed down as well, at least to an extent. All stable societies develop some kind of equilibrium after a while, where most people can live more or less safe.So we can assume a Nazi Germany that is opressive, facist and cruel, but not maniacly killing of people. We can now compare this Germany to the modern EU, since this is roughly the land a successful Nazi-Germany would have occupied. The biggest problems of the EU are the inefficient Bureocracy and the unwillingness to work together. The Nazis were terrible at Bureocracy, so we can assume that we will see no improvement there. They were pretty good at getting people to work together, so i would predict that a Nazi-controlled Europe would be better organised and much more cooperating. That assumes that it manages to actually hold all its conquests together, which i think would be pretty likely, due to its effective Ideology and its ruthless behaviour towards dissidents. At the end of the day, if depends if you prefer cruel order or friendly chaos. Ok, thats joking, but you get the idea.

How would the world be different today if the Nazis won World War 2?

The nazis had no chance if winning the war. So we would be learning about the fall of the nazi empire and how corruption, over usage of resources and wealth you don't have on things you can leave until later, and the great rebellions and fight against nazi Germany. We would learn about the cold war between the u.s and the 3rd Reich, and what life was like in the few decades of living under nazi occupation. We would also learn about when nazi Germany turned on their allies and the constant attempts to extend into the middle east and Africa. However communism would be forgotten and seen as a failure, so no ussr vs u.s cold war. It would be fascist or nationalist uprisings in the neutral world. We would still feel the effects today though. Lastly anyone interested in eugenics, would be labelled as an “generalplan ost denier" rather then a holocaust denier.

What Would The World Be Like If The Nazis Won WW2?

It would resemble of lot of what Europe looks like today with the small exception of that Jews would be dead and the sectret police would kidnap people in the middle of the night and murder then for speaking out against the govt. Hitler was a fascist but a socialist first and lets face it Europe is a socialist continent with cradle to grave entitelments, a ruling class and very high taxes. Another differnence would be is that the Muslims would not be invading, pc would not exist and Europe would be militerized and the Anti-American rhettoric would be even more evident than today. The Russians would not have been under communist control for 50 years and probabaly would have been an ally of America. japan still would have been nuked then Europe would have been invaded still by the allies and millions more would have died.

It is an interesting question but America did have the BIG BOMB and the WILL to use it thus Germany would have been bombed back to the stone age. Germany could not win because they could not harm America's industry and we could destroy theirs.

What would life be like if the Nazi’s won World War II?

Life as we know it in the West today would be completely different. The UK, run by a heavily pro-German fascist government, would be Nazi Germany’s right hand man when it came to international affairs and general relations. German Wehrmacht troops would frequently find themselves on the British Isles, quelling rebellions and enforcing the Nazi ideals, similar to what happened in Vichy France during the war. Many fanatical Brits would likely join the Waffen-SS (or its peacetime equivalent), while the actual British military would be used primarily for maintaining its overseas empire. Soldiers would swear an oath of loyalty to the fascist regime, in turn pledging themselves to fight for the Nazis as the government would simply be a puppet, operated by the higher-ups in Germania (Europe’s new capital, built on the marshy foundations of what was once Berlin).Britain’s puppet government would happily collaborate and co-operate with the Germans, handing over the ‘undesirables’ to the SS; in occupied Europe as a whole, the Holocaust would be far deadlier than it was in our timeline. This is because without Allied intervention, the genocide would result in extermination of all of Europe’s untermensch (except those kept alive as slaves for the regime).Life in general (for an Aryan ethnic) would not be too hard however. Over the decades, education would legitimise the Nazi regime and their ideals into the minds of the youth, meaning that generations born after the war would be subservient to the Nazis and as such would find no issue with the totalitarian society that they live in. Such ‘social norms’ would include mass surveillance, police brutality perpetrated mainly by the secret police, and a general acceptance and admiration of German culture by the masses.Education in particular would be divided by gender; for boys, school would have a heavy emphasis on sports, the sciences and history. Girls education would instead focus on preparing them to bear children and how to be a good housewife - the modern equivalents of these subjects would likely be textiles/sewing, child development and cooking.

Would the world be a better place if America didn't lose WWII?

I blame home schooling!

What would the world be like if Nazi Germany had decisively won World War Two?

Imagine this scenario--by December of 1945, the Nazi forces have rallied strongly enough to drive back the Allied advance. A strong push on England results in the demoralizing loss of London, and soon, the whole of Europe has succumbed to Nazi rule, with the United States forced to make a reluctant peace when popular opinion turns sour back home.

What would the world be like now if Nazi Germany had won the war? Over sixty years later, would the Reich have continued to expand into other nations? Would it have continued to engage in ethnic cleansing, or would saner voices prevail over time? How would technology be different today--would we have no Internet, but more advanced heavy machinery and weaponry? What functions would computers serve in this hypothetical Reich, assuming that their development continued after World War II? Could the Nazi Empire have survived insurgency movements from within by liberalizing? Or would it stay true to its savage roots, even in 2007? Tell it to me.
