Would You Rather Have The Wealth To Buy Whatever You Want Or The Talent To Make What You Need

Would you rather buy corn bread from a bakery in LA, or make it yourself?

grow and make your own food. it's not how much you make in life, its how much you spend. fools borrow money. and support the bankers. wise people spend less than they earn. and retire before 50 years old. while borrowers work until they die.

Poverty in freedom is better than wealth in slavery?

No doubt poverty is better in freedom because in a free market like in the US, anyone can learn the skills to build wealth. That is why capitalism is a better answer for poverty than Socialism/Marxism. This is a huge point because poverty in freedom allows the have nots to have--if they are interested. And many are. Whereas in a Socialist/Marxist state there is not the option to learn new skills and succeed. In those states the government tells you what you can or cannot do. So wealth there is not true wealth because you do not have the option to grow and learn new skills to serve others. The trend in the US, where the media dislikes capitalism and free markets, seeing the huge govt as the answer, is indeed selling people on the value of Socialism. So the notion of poverty in freedom is fleeting. The US won't be free much longer because the govt is creating huge layers of beauracracy to rule over us--and that is what people want. And I honestly don't know of any other countries that have real freedom except Australia. So poverty in freedom will soon be irrelevant and it will soon be poverty in slavery for many once the government shuts capitalism down, which they will.

What would you rather have, love or money? And why?

Geez... hard one.. I married for love.. and we've been married for 8 years.. and we have a wonderful relationship.. except when it comes to money.. financial issues and all.. If we had money to buy whatever we wanted and pay bills easily.. I dont' think we'd ever fight..

So if I could do it over.. I'd marry for money.... you don't need to be in love to be happy.. there are lots of happy single people.. get a pet.. or you have lots of friends to hang with.. adopt children.. help those in need.. volunteer.. money is wonderful.. You can find many other things you love to do.. Money first.. you can always find your true love in a man/woman later..

Would you rather buy a ruff ryders necklace or an usher raymond necklace?

Honestly both. More chains the better. Deck me out like Migos

Do I need to buy a guidebook for Mutants and Masterminds tabletop?

As long as you have a Games Master who is prepared to run the game, players need nothing more than a character sheet and imagination.

In over two decades of gaming, I've only been in a handful of situations where even the majority of players have had copies of the book used to run the game (in many cases, it is frowned upon for players to read more than the character creation/setting sections anyway.

So, if you have a game to take part in, you shouldn't need to worry about owning the books yourself.

So, when it comes to playing, perhaps you can see if there is a vacancy in your friend's game or, failing that, find your Friendly Local Games Shop and see if you can post a note asking to join a M&M (or similar) game. If that doesn't work then you may be forced to try and put a group together yourself and that will mean paying for the books.

Would you rather receive one billion dollars USD or gain 75 IQ points?

I have a fairly high IQ - very, very well above the 99th percentile. I do enjoy having this great tool available, but I don’t take any great pride in it, since it’s something I was born with. I didn’t earn it, I didn’t achieve it - it’s simply there. And I have benefited from it greatly throughout my life, and once in a great while, have actually wished I was one of those towering geniuses in the comics: Reed Richards, Tony Stark, etc. That would rock, right?I’d take the billion dollars.Sure, having some struggle in life, having goals to set for yourself, and then achieve, is great. But what if you simply want to ENJOY life to its fullest, and never worry about…well…anything? And, much more importantly, what if you don’t want your family to ever worry?Put the money in a bank, and live very well off the interest it generates. And your children will as well…as will their children. And theirs. And so on, and so forth.Another thought: How many real super-geniuses do you see that are filthy rich? Most of the rich people I’m familiar with (read about, not met, LOL) are either lucky to be born into rich families, or are fairly smart, but not above 220 IQ smart. Those 75 points would put you well into the stratosphere, making you one of - if not THE - smartest humans to have ever lived.I already feel somewhat “outside”, somewhat lonely…why would I want to magnify that effect, increasing it even further? Thanks, but I’ll take the money, and live the rest of my life traveling, learning to speak a few more languages, learn to paint, go snorkeling off Grand Cayman, surf Oahu’s North Shore, and whatever else crosses my mind. And most importantly, I’ll have the means to share all of that with as many of my family members as I please, spreading and sharing the joy with the people I love, without worrying about anything but where to go next.

Would you rather be rich for the rest of your life, or in love for the rest of your life?

Would you rather be rich for the rest of your life, or in love for the rest of your life?Thank you for the request to answer. Answers always from a meta-physical perspective.I cannot find my original reference… when I was younger I discovered that the word 'rich' originally meant, 'he who helped the most people' - as in the cases of a famine or natural disaster, a flood, etc.Nowadays it almost means 'expert hoarder' and these hoarders are worshipped and they find out their 'riches' and 'fame' does nothing for them - does not, cannot buy them happiness. (I AM not against money, I AM its master, not its slave.)Love is, it is a constant - not the dry powerless 'love' of the intellect or the stormy uncontrollable love of the emotions these are both totally inadequate experiences and have nothing to do with True Love at all. What is True Love? -There is a transcendent Love which fills the Heart with Fyre - a Living Flame - I will take that over everything else in creation - 100 times out of 100.True love poured into any profession, will generate more than enough income, so by choosing Love, True Love, real prosperity follows.Applied Meta-Physics is the Science of Be-ing and Knowing - If you have gained some insight from reading this answer, upvote so others can have the same opportunity, and consider following me to share in some more unique Meta-Physical perspectives.
