From the story we all have read or heard at one time or the other:This is at the tail end of the tale Tortoise and the Hare.Suddenly waking up from its nap and seeing the tortoise crossing the winning line, the hare split its hair wondering how it could have happened.Seeing that the whole race has been lost, the embarrassed hare wished it could dig a hole and disappear into it.Here, the loud cheers that the hare could hear made it even worse. In the end, the one that won was the determined tortoise. The lesson did not lessen the hare's ego, though. You asked me to write five, I've given you more, right?

I need a story using 5 pairs of homophones..?

John went to the SEA to SEE the beautiful sunset his girlfriend is always talking about. He took a PAIR of PEARS as a snack because he was too health conscious to take any junk food like chips or soda. Even though he was health conscious, he suffered from low self esteem. He felt that he WEIGHED a lot for someone his size and age. But as he WADE into the water, he realized he felt lighter because the water was carrying much of his mass. This thought MADE him smile. After he came out of the water, he relaxed on the sand, watched the sunset and went home. The next morning, his new MAID called him and told him he was going to be sick and would not be able to come to clean his apartment. He wished the maid well and hung up the phone. He then went to get the MAIL and laughed at the fact that his new maid was a MALE.
