Wrre Is The Relay 4 My Fog Light 2005 Toyota Corolla

2009 Toyota corolla airbag light on. Any ideas?

It goes on and stays on. It has not been hit or had any kind of impact. I have read that some cars flash a code and it does not. It is just the airbag light that goes on. Nothing else. I need to take it for inspection shortly and know it will not pass because of that light. I really do not have any extra money to spend. It doesn't flash. It goes on and stays on. It has been happening for almost two weeks now. I have read it can cost up to $2000 and I do not have that. Anyway I can find out the issue without it costing a lot?

Thanks...

Why do my hazard lights work, but not my turn signals?

Hazard lights and turn signals use the same bulb, so it is not the bulb, the lamp, or the cables to them. Turn signals only work when the ignition is on; hazard lights work whether the ignition is on or not. The two systems have separate power supplies, so they have separate fuses. You may have a blown fuse.Different vehicles use different circuits, and it is not possible to accurately diagnose the fault with the small amount of information provided. You need a circuit diagram and a voltmeter, and a continuity tester. First locate and test the turn signal fuse. Do you have voltage to and from the turn signal switch? The hazard light switch is not a simple on/off switch. In the “on” position, a fused battery feed connects to left and right turn signal. In the “off” position, the left turn switch wire is connected to the left turn lamp and the right turn switch wire is connected to the right turn lamp, so there are 3 inputs and 2 outputs. The fault could be a fuse, turn signal switch, hazard switch, flasher unit, or a broken wire or connection.

What are some symptoms of a bad idle air control sensor?

Idle air control valves open to allow more air to "leak" into the intake, raising the engine rpms, or close when not needed. When your AC compressor kicks in or power steering is activated as you suddenly turn the steering wheel, the sudden drag on the drive belt will bog down the engine. These systems send a signal to the engine computer telling it they are active and it then signals the IAC valve to open, which increases the engine speed. Without this occurring,  the engine could struggle, or die. The IAC valve can cause weird idle issues, mess with throttle functionality or cause the car to die. Sometimes they fail, get stuck or just get all carboned up. Sometimes people have success at cleaning them, but generally it is best to replace them when bad. Idle issues and even problems with the IAC valve may not be due to the IAC valve being bad itself. An idle issue does not mean the IAC valve is bad. It is best to pay close attention to how the vehicle is acting, and then communicate that clearly and as completely as possible to your mechanic. Intermittent problems can be very hard to diagnose. Details will help. Knowing more about the vehicle in question and its symptoms (in detail) will also help in understanding more about what it is doing.

Why do the dash lights in my car (and the lights for the clock, radio, etc.) dim when I turn on my headlights?

You are right that the dash lighting dims when headlights are on in order to enhance night vision. But every car I’ve driven has had a way to adjust the brightness of the dash lighting, since it varies by personal preference and whether you are using the headlights during the day, at night on a lighted street or on an unlighted road. Until recently most cars had a relay switch that you pulled out about 2 inches to turn on the headlights, and the knob rotated to adjust the dash lighting. Today cars have rocker switches on the dash or a knob to twist on the turn signal. So they have a separate knob or wheel to adjust the dash lighting located somewhere on the dash, often down low and obscurely marked. Look around for it.

A rectangle with three wavy arrows pointing upward. What does this car warning mean?

Here’s the most common warning indicators:I don’t see anything like what you describe. The defroster is something like you describe, but it is not a warning, usually it just indicates it is on.rear windowFront window

What does it mean when a car's battery light turns on while the car is moving (eventually car decelerates and stops)?

The alternator is failing or has ceased functioning. Whereas the engine's torque is usually giving your car constant electricity using the alternator, when it fails to do so the battery's reserved power is then used. Usually the battery is only used to start the vehicle. It obviously has enough power to spark the plugs, but only for so long, especially if you are also running your radio, A/C, headlights, etc. Once the battery is dead, the car is dead. This happened to me more than once. The alternator has a finite life in every car, so there comes a time when it will die, and it will almost certainly not be at the most opportune moment. Recognize signs of this happening before it is too late. Mine was failing for months before it inevitably gave in and I finally figured out what was wrong. A similar issue is if your serpentine belt snaps, the engine is no longer running your alternator, whether it's in good shape or not. This will cause more issues than the car just dying in five minutes- the water pump will cease functioning to cool your engine down and you will eventually overheat it and perhaps irreparably damage the vehicle. There are possibly other things that can cause this issue but this seems by and large the most likely.

How do I silence my car's remote lock/unlock sound?

You need to press the lock and unlock buttons on your remote at the same time, the fog lights will flash as an indication. Now your car is in silent mode. It works the same way to put it back in general mode. This works for most of the cars ,check this on yours.
