Type your emails in word and then cut and paste the document into your email. You get on the spot spell checking as well. You can ether save as you go, save when you finish. It's easier to keep copies of what you sent as well.

That depends on how badly the interview went and in what regard. Short of yelling expletives at your interviewer, I wouldn’t think your recent performance would impede your future applications. If you’re applying for a similar role, I would wait at least a year though.
My sleeping pattern is so screwed up?
honestly I don't have any insurance or I would go to the doctor. I am more of a night owl for some reason. I can sleep normal for some weeks but as soon as I stay up for a night then I'm up up up. I did the night work as well and it didn't help at all, I could never fall asleep. The thing is, is that a doctor even if you go see them and explain then they will probably put you on the sleeping pills which would not help because the only thing is getting your time straight.
Why is the yahoo site so messed up?
It really has been very messed up for the last 5 years, and the owners just did nothing to fix it, as they hired Verizon to manage it, but clearly, since they have taken over, not one thing is fixed still, and it has been a half year since.

No.Few things she absolutely screwed up on.In 2012 when she came onboard, there was clearly still a chance for Yahoo to take a piece of the mobile messaging market. Yahoo Messenger didn't get a major product update until 3 years later. Too little too late.She had a window of opportunity to get the default search set on Apple devices when Google's contract was up for renewal in 2014. Apple hated Google and didn't want Bing (Windows phone competition). She failed.Yahoo mail had several outages and even hacks under her watch. Mail is the only reason anyone still goes to Yahoo, and this happens?She should have split Alibaba and core Yahoo early on. That would have unlocked the full value of Yahoo, and put the focus on the core Yahoo instead of all this shareholder fighting nonsense. By the way, Jack Ma in 2011 said Yahoo should be split, so clearly someone with more vision was able to see the value in doing so. Rather than killing off non-sense products and focusing on just 2 or 3 critical products and making them kickass, she diverged and created digital magazines, acqui-hired a bunch of failed startups, etc.She lacked vision. Marissa tried turning Yahoo into a mobile company, then later changed the company's mission to something about daily habits. And just now it's a "a guide focused on informing, connecting, and entertaining our users". Whatever it is, Yahoo's place in this world is still a mystery.

The reality is that only time will tell. But, it is highly unlikely he will have a meaningful positive impact. The company needs to make such significant changes that it would be next to impossible under the current CEO. And the company would almost definitely need to be dramatically downsized and presumably restructured (ie privatized).
