Zumba Song Stuck In My Head

How do you get a song un-stuck from your head?

There is no definitive cure for cognitive itch:http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/scien... http://blogs.bu.edu/ombs/2011/10... More research seems to be centered on what causes it rather then what can cure it. It seems to be caused by something that has a familiar pattern but with an unusual twist, or something that requires resolution your brain can't provide. For example, Kylie's I-should-be-so-lucky,lucky,lucky,lucky... is perfectly designed to do severe psychological damage because of a combination of: insane levels of repetition, and a musically twisted hook that doesn't conform to the usual western changes you would expect in a song of it's nature. The repetition wares a groove in your thought patterns while the hook is really difficult to resolve in your head, after a while it starts to feel like one of those impossible 3D drawings that don't resolve.Damnit, now that bloody song is in my head!!However, the worst cognitive itch worms that get lodged in my ears tend to be stuff that I practice musically that I'm not happy with. I'll hear my own tortured, tired riffs in my head when I'm trying to focus on something unrelated. It's my personal hell.Replacing the song with another never works for me personally - my brain will happily accommodate multiple ear worms. The only cure with a high success rate for me is to listen to the song completely, from the beginning to the very end. Whatever unresolved aspect of the music that keeps it circling the airport seems to often get put to rest by doing this.

Zumba song stuck in my head...?

Its driving me crazy! I can't even google it because I have no real words. Its fast (danced to it in Zumba), it has a rapper (Daddy Yankee or Pitbull perhaps?)...the lyrics are sung by a guy...the song starts off right into the guys singing something like "Hermoso, aye yi yi" or maybe he's saying "Mamacita, aye yi yi"...anybody have any idea?

Zumba song stuck in head?

I have recently been attending zumba classes. There is a song stuck in my head. It is more hip hop dance. The instuctor calls it the whomp song. Thats not really its name though. Anyways, it gets like heavy dance with the mans voice where we kinda jump around a lot all angry like...then there is a chorus with a womans voice which is more sweet and unangry like where we kinda sway and smoothly move our arms around. Like I said...its like pop/dance hip hop

Any suggestions what the song is?

There is a song that's stuck in my head from zumba dance but I dont know what the song is called. It's a man rap/singing in Spanish but there is a part where he says "gimme gimme gimme gimme" in English really fast then it goes back into Spanish. The song is really fast-paced and I love it! But I don't know what's called.. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what the name of that song is.. :D

There is a melody stuck in my head, but I can’t find what song it is from. How can I find the song?
